Ostberg has explained the last stage dramas; he got stuck in a ditch. Instead of trying to pull the car out with power he let the spin happen and the car got stuck in a ditch. In his defence, planting the throttle on mud in the middle of a spin isn't always the best thing to do.

Rather than getting better as Ogier suggested, the road seems to be getting worse. Either that or Ogier has put in another of his now normal incredible times.
Paddon is in now and he's 11s down on the Frenchman. Sordo was through the car before and was nine behind. Is it because of the conditions?

Mikkelsen has a broken right damper, he reports at stage end. He took the stage easy to ensure the cars safe keeping.

Here's Ogier at the stage end, and he reckons the stage was very difficult and those behind could benefit. He is also sure he'll get the SS11 time back he lost waiting for the stricken Neuville to move.

Elfyn Evans pops into fourth on the stage with a 7m50.1s, 5.4s down on Ogier.
Meeke is up next. He's 3.3s slower than Ogier so clawed some time back in the second sector there. However, that erodes Meeke's lead to 2.1s.
Ostberg is through and takes second, 3.8s down on the three-time champ and is brilliant Polo.
Meeke is slower than Ostberg and 3.8s down on Ogier at the first split. That doesn't bode well for Northern Irish fans...
Mikkelsen is also in now and he's 7.2s down on Ogier's benchmark. Ostberg is up next in the Citroen.
Ogier completes in 7m44.7s, he'll soon be at the stage end.

3m53.7s later, Ogier is through the first split. The Frenchman, like a lot of us, has his mind in Paris today and who can blame him. We only hope that the drivers can concentrate and are safe.
While we wait for splits, we should point out that this is the first running of Aberhirnant. Like Dyfnant, this stage will run later on as a night stage.
The drivers did very little other than complain about the conditions of Dyfnant earlier, imagine what it will be like in the dark!

Mikkelsen is also onto the stage, he's been very quick today and certainly one to watch.

We should have Neuville getting us underway now, but as he rolled on the last stage, we have a gap to Ogier. By the way, that means Ogier is back to sweeping the road again for the first time today.
If we had a pound for every time a driver said this was a difficult stage, we'd be very rick. Ole Christian Veiby is the lates. He keeps up his WRC3 and JWRC leads after that test.
Breen is in and he's slower than Suninen. the Irishman slots in second in WRC2 on this stage, he's third in the category overall.

Meeke took the lead on SS11, while Neuville rolled out. The Belgian's stricken Hyundai cost Ogier around half a minute in time, which allowed Meeke to take over the lead. The organisers will now be looking at the incident and Ogier may well get that time back. For now, Meeke leads by just over five seconds.

Teemu Suninen has taken more time out of WRC2 leader Eric Camili on that stage. The Finn has the gap down to just 3.6s in WRC2 overall.

Josh Moffett sounds like he is having the time of his life. He says he had no control over his Fiesta through certain sections and that big moments are "not good for the heart."
WRC2 is up next where Eric Camili led heading into the stage.
Both Moffett brothers claiming the stage is the worst of the rally so far, with Josh re-telling a moment on a right hairpin where it felt like "black ice."

Bertelli comes in ninth fastest, 8.3s back on Kubica.
Great run by Lefebvre who goes seventh fastest, 0.6s quicker than Kubica.
Kubica comes in seventh and says it was a "very difficult stage" and that there was some "heavy rain" at the start of the stage.
Prokop isn't looking forward to running Dyfnant at night. "It will be horrible." said a diplomatic Prokop.
In comes Prokop and he goes eighth fastest, 12.3s behind Ogier.
Paddon was fourth but dropped down to fifth on the stage, 0.9s behind Tanak and 0.8s up on his Hyundai team-mate Sordo.
Tanak comes through fourth, 1.5s behind his M-Sport team-mate.
Remember that Ogier's time will almost certainly be amended after stopping, meaning he will retain the rally lead. For the time being though Meeke is the leader.
Sordo's gearbox demons seem to have subsided for now, he was much happier with his run through there.
Evans said he was "relieved" to make it through that stage but for the first time today he has a smile on his face, which is good to see.
Evans comes through third fastest, 3.9s behind Meeke. Sordo is 3.2s further back in fourth.
According to Meeke, Neuville has damaged his steering and has parked his car.
