While we wait for SS4 to get underway, which is scheduled for a 2.04pm start, David Evans caught up with Susie Wolff following her foray into the rallying world as Kris Meeke's co-driver for his final shakedown run.
Williams F1 development driver Susie Wolff co-drove Kris Meeke on his final run at yesterday’s shakedown stage in Clocaenog and admitted they went a little bit quicker than her rallying – and Mercedes F1 boss – husband Toto Wolff. “It was unbelievable,” she told Autosport.
“Toto’s done some rallying, so we know about the sport, but that was something else – that was the pinnacle. I couldn’t believe the speed we were carrying into corners, the punishment the car could take and just how soft the car ran and how much it moved around. It was amazing!”

We're going to have a slightly later than expected start to the afternoon loop, with a delay of just over half an hour expected at present.
The need for a marshal to receive medical attention delayed the running of the National section of the rally, and the World Rally Cars are about 35 minutes behind schedule. We'll keep you posted.

So, I think you will all agree it's been a crazy morning. Here's our report to sink your teeth into.
We also haven't mentioned Irish brothers Sam and Josh Moffett who are competing in the WRC this weekend in their respective Ford Fiesta RS WRC's. Josh is currently 2.6s ahead of Sam overall but expect that gap to fluctuate throughout the rally.
Because it's been so manic this morning we haven't really mentioned the WRC2. Prior to SS3 Craig Breen was leading Eric Camilli by 0.8s. We await their arrival at the stage end.

Just as expected Lefebvre and Kubica come through together.
Kubica will complete the stage soon but will he be on the same stretch of road as Lefebvre?
Prokop is in and is the slowest so far, 29.3s down on Ogier but just 4.6s behind Sordo.
Tanak completes the stage 22.3s off the pace.

Paddon, who has struggled with grip through the opening stages, is trying his best to trust the grip a bit more. "I'm certainly trying. I know we're off the pace a bit but I have to believe in the grip."
Paddon is through and is faster than Sordo by 7.5s.
Kubica is back up and running. We believe he had a puncture.

Scratch that, Sordo is now slowest through SS3, 24.7s off the pace.

Evans is in and he is 13.2s off the pace and is slowest overall at the moment. Here's what he said about Neuville's off. "I think he just went wide and clipped a tree."

Kubica has stopped as well!
We have a little gap now where Neuville should have been. Evans will be the next man through.

Another happy man after the opening loop is Meeke. He is currently second overall. "Yeah I'm quite happy. Ive only done this stage once in my life. It was quite slippery and polished on top."
Meeke is through with an identical time to Ostberg.
Ostberg completes the stage just a fraction slower than Mikkelsen and 6.9s off Ogier.
Neuville lost a wheel 10km into the stage.

Just as I say Mikkelsen is keeping Ogier on his toes he completes the stage 6.6s down on the Frenchman.
Mikkelsen and Meeke are keeping Ogier on his toes through SS3, they're both just over 2s down on Ogier at the third split.

Ogier completes the stage with a time of 17m01.8s. There's a bit of a gap now before Mikkelsen comes through as a result of Latvala's off.
Ostberg is 3.1s slower than Ogier at the second split.
Through the second split Mikkelsen is 1.4s down on Ogier.
