So, with racing back underway, the order up front is Shaytar-Hrisch-Markozov-Thiriet-Patterson-Dolan. In GTE, Robert Smith leads in the JMW Ferrari, although the class title is still heading the way of the Formula Racing entry that currently holds third in the hands of Andrea Rizzoli. In GTC, the TDS Racing team is leading and set to take the title with Dino Lunardi leading in the BMW.

Di Resta is now clear in effective third, as Molina serves his drive-through penalty.

Da Costa capitalises as Martin gets past Paffett, sneaking through at the Mercedes corner. Spengler got Paffett as well.

Celis Jr makes his second stop and his AVF car is being wheeled back into the garage. Orudzhev has cut the gap to leader de Vries by 0..7s on lap six. The margin is now 1.5s, with Vaxiviere a similar margin in arrears in third.

Molina has been handed a drive-through for that initial moment with Vietoris.

Wittmann reports a touch with Wehrlein at Turn 6, which led to his bodywork flying off.

Mortara, leading, is now the only driver still yet to stop. Juncadella was the other driver, in fifth, but has stopped.

Vietoris lost the rear of his Mercedes under braking after a touch with Molina.

Vietoris, who was yet to pit, tangles with Molina, and ploughs into an innocent Tambay. That's the end of the French driver's best run of the year.

And we have a full-course yellow at Estoril thanks to heavy rain. Leader Shaytar has had a trip through the gravel, but is able to retain the lead.

The Paffett/Martin battle, meanwhile, continues. Da Costa has latched onto their tail.

De Vries leads Orudzhev, Vaxiviere and Rowland on the restart on lap four. Pole man Rowland lost the lead on lap one by running off the road towards the end of the lap.

Zlobin and Stoneman both appear to be retirements. AVF driver Celis Jr has rejoined the action but has been lapped.

Alfonso Celis Jr appeared to make a slow start away from the grid.. Dean Stoneman tagged to AVF car and has damaged his right rear tyre or wheel.

And unsurprisingly, Shaytar takes the lead from Hirsch at Turn 1.

Paffett is fired up, he passes Martin around the outside. Big boy move exiting the Mercedes arena.

Shaytar is putting Hirsch under real pressure in the lead battle. He is being a little cautious given that the Greaves Motorsport team is now in great position to close out the championship, and can afford to lose the lead.

The safety car is out after Nikita Zlobin spun into the gravel at Turn 14.

Blomqvist looked down the inside of fellow rookie Gotz at the hairpin, but overshot and nailed Wickens.

Nyck de Vries makes a great start to grab second. Egor Orudzhev has also demoted front row starter Vaxiviere to fourth.

Tambay looked down the inside of Paffett at the hairpin, but ran wide on the exit, which gave Martin a look. But Tambay held on, and got him dow the inside at Turn 8. Martin was hung out to dry, he lost four places in that.

Replays of the first few corners show a couple of drivers running wide, some light contact but no major dramas.

The formation lap for the final Formula Renault 3.5 meeting at Jerez is in underway. Can champion Oliver Rowland claim the double win that he has beeen string for all year?

Drama in the semi-finals at Franciacorta. Johan Kristoffersson wins the first semi with a lights to flag victory ahead of Petter Solberg. Timur Timerzyanov and Robin Larsson fought it out for the last final spot, Timerzyanov coming out on top.
In the second semi-final, Timmy Hansen was squeezed into the wall on the inside of the first corner and crashed out, meaning it is possible for Petter Solberg to seal the championship in the final.
Andreas Bakkerud won the second semi ahead of Anton Marklund and Manfred Stohl, the Austrian making his first World RX final.
