Valentino Rossi scored a popular pole position on Saturday – his first since 2016 – but it doesn't seem likely that he, or anyone else for that matter, will be able to break away with an easy win today.
“I think the first seven can win, can fight for the victory - because [there are] a lot of different bikes and different riders that have a great pace,” was the Italian's verdict after qualifying.
