IndyCar - Detroit: We've just heard from Rahal, who decided to qualify on an scrubbed set of reds and save a new set for the race. That will be worth keeping an eye on later this afternoon.
IndyCar - Detroit: Your line-up for the second group: Simon Pagenaud, Helio Castroneves, Ryan Hunter-Reay, Takuma Sato, Ryan Briscoe, Tony Kanaan, Sebastian Saavedra, Justin Wilson, Jack Hawksworth, Juan Pablo Montoya and Sebastien Bourdais.
Breaking news

Sainz
A perfect weekend for Sainz in Spa this weekend. Here's how the Red Bull protege sealed double victory in today's race:

button
IndyCar - Detroit: Slight contact with the tyres at Turn 3 by Will Power. There's no damage, but that will have gotten his attention.
IndyCar - Detroit: One minute left for this group, and Scott Dixon is still yet to crack the top six. The driver currently on the bubble is Graham Rahal.
Green flag
IndyCar - Detroit: After the excitement of yesterday's race, we're back to do it all again today, and the first qualifying group has just taken to the track.
Drivers involved in this group: Hinchcliffe, Power, Munoz, Andretti, Newgarden, Dixon, Aleshin, Kimball, Huertas, Conway and Rahal.

Red flag
Le Mans - Test Day: The session has been stopped: Dolan has gone off in the Jota Zytek LMP2 at the second chicane on the Mulsanne.
FR3.5 - Spa: Stanaway's penalty was for pitting outside of the mandatory window. The window was open until lap 12, and the Lotus driver came in at the end of lap 12. However, according to the regulations, that counts as pitting at the start of lap 13 - thus outside of the window.
Trophy
FR3.5 - Spa: Sainz wins comfortably, with Rowland's pitstop problem ending the fight for victory. Stevens salvages something from his weekend with second, while Stanaway is third across the line. However, that 20s penalty he was given mid-race will drop him down the order, and hand the final podium spot to Rowland.
FR3.5 - Spa: Final lap here and Sainz is well on his way to a double. He's 11s clear of Stevens.
FR3.5 - Spa: Stevens has responded to the threat from behind, and has gained himself some breathing space in second.
FR3.5 - Spa: Sainz can cruise from here, more than 10s clear with nine minutes to go. Stevens, Stanaway, Rowland and Gasly complete the top five as things stand, and Stevens is being caught.
Le Mans - Test Day: Parente has gone quickest in GTE Pro in the Ram Ferrari - not bad for a Le Mans rookie.
FR3.5 - Spa: Stanaway pits from the lead and rejoins between Stevens and Rowland.
Rowland attacks for third place, but Stanaway holds him off. However, the timing screens are telling us that Stanaway has a 20-second penalty being added to his race time...

FR3.5 - Spa: Drama in the pits as Sainz and Rowland come in together. It's a race of the pit crews, but - unseen by the cameras, Rowland has a problem and loses 11s to the leader in his stop.
That's allowed Stevens through, and surely means Stanaway will rejoin ahead of the Briton as well when he pits.

FR3.5 - Spa: Further back, Gasly has jumped Nato during the stops.
Can't be long until the leaders come in now, just 2 laps left in the pit window.

DTM - Hungaroring: This is how Wittmann's win has left the points table looking (pretty good for him, basically).

FR3.5 - Spa: Rowland has stabilised Sainz's lead at 1.4 seconds, with just a couple of laps until the pitstop window opens. Meanwhile a bit of a queue is forming behind Monaco winner Nato in sixth, with Jaafar and Gasly leading that chase.

MotoGP - Mugello: Lorenzo believes Yamaha just needs a little bit power to finally stop this Honda run.
"A very, very, very fun race," he says. "I felt strong enough to fight with him and the bike seemed better than ever under braking.
"We need a little more top speed because every little tenth I take in the corners, I lose on the straight.
"With 3-4km/h more, I could have more than this second position.
"This time I couldn't win, but I think the victory will arrive soon..."

FR3.5 - Spa: Stanaway dispatches a fast-starting Laine at the start of lap two, retaking fourth place at La Source. Sainz leads Rowland by 1.3s at the end of the opening lap.
Lights out
FR3.5 - Spa: Rowland gets alongside Sainz on the outside into La Source, but the Spaniard hangs him out to dry. Rowland then fends off an attack from Stevens into Eau Rouge, and has half a look at Sainz again into Les Combes.
For the second race running we have a car in the tyre wall at Les Combes. This time it's Fantin who got spat out of the pack.

MotoGP - Mugello: A jubilant Marquez reckons he was better under braking than Lorenzo, but that the Yamaha could carry more speed mid-corner.
FR3.5 - Spa: Sainz, Rowland, Stevens, Stanaway, Jaafar, Fantin is our top six on the grid.
Green flag
FR3.5 - Spa: Formation lap is underway here at a sunny Spa. Let's hope the start gantry is up to the job today and we don't get another aborted start.
MotoGP - Mugello: Six out of six means an inevitably large points lead for Marquez, and Lorenzo's distant fourth shows just how ropey the start to his season was - but he's emphatically back now.

FR3.5 - Spa: The cars have just been released from the pits for their laps to the grid.
A little over 15 minutes until the start of race two, with title rivals Carlos Sainz Jr and Oliver Rowland on the front row, hopefully set for their first head-to-head battle for victory this season. Crucial points - and potentially a psychological edge - to play for this afternoon in Belgium.
