Top 10: 1 Petrucci; 2 Marquez; 3 Dovizioso; 4 Vinales; 5 Miller; 6 Baz; 7 Pirro; 8 Barbera; 9 Zarco; 10 A. Espargaro
Crutchlow and Abraham are still circulating after their respective crashes, by the way. The LCR Honda man is 20 seconds behind Dani Pedrosa, who is having a miserable time in 20th.
The lead group is now Petrucci - Marquez - Dovizioso, all within a second. Vinales in fourth has - for now - shaken off Miller.
Lorenzo's crash was a rather painful Turn 6 highside. Sounded like that prompted cheers from the crowd, which, if the case, is really absolutely inexcusable. He's unhurt, thankfully.
Marquez sticks out his foot on the main straight, seemingly giving a signal to his Honda crew to prepare his second bike. He might need it - he has just been overtaken by Petrucci.
Petrucci - who just recorded the fastest lap of the race with a 1m48.550s effort - passes Dovizioso for third.
Remember all those jibes at Jorge Lorenzo regarding his wet-weather abilities? He's now 2.6s to the good, as Dovizioso and Petrucci are closing in on Marquez. Still 24 laps to go, admittedly.
Dani Pedrosa has had a shocker so far, he's down to 20th and struggling for pace.
The top 10 as they stand: 1 Lorenzo; 2 Marquez; 3 Dovizioso; 4 Petrucci; 5 Vinales; 6 Crutchlow; 7 Miller; 8 Zarco; 9 A. Espargaro; 10 Pirro.
A pretty huge moment for Marquez. Saved, but Lorenzo pulls away as a result.
Dovizioso is dropping off from Lorenzo and Marquez, but he doesn't have to worry about Vinales. The Yamaha hasn't looked so good in the wet this year, and despite the recent gains Vinales is struggling to keep pace. As I type this, Petrucci gets past through the Turn 1-3 complex.
Marquez all over Lorenzo now and looks to be having a ton of fun in these conditions.
Super start from Lorenzo, who is pacing the field now, having dived down the inside of Marquez at Turn 1. The Honda man is second, ahead of title rivals Dovizioso and Vinales.
The race is on! Lorenzo up to first from fifth at the start.
The warm-up lap is underway. Lots of standing water out on the track and the spray looks rather unpleasant.
Championship: 1 Dovizioso 183, 2 Marquez 174, 3 Vinales 170, 4 Rossi 157, 5 Pedrosa 148, 6 Zarco 109.
All the riders have opted for the same wet tyre compounds: soft front and soft rear. Michelin suggests it will take four or five laps for them to be up to working temperature.
This probably makes Marc Marquez favourite, as the Spaniard was a second to the good in the wet-weather warm-up session (despite crashing, as he does). Aside from the usual frontrunning works riders, watch out for some of the noted wet-weather specialists among the privateer ranks - riders like Danilo Petrucci, Loris Baz and Jack Miller.
But it's really, really wet, so all of that form guide and pace analysis is out the window. Rain has been hitting Misano since morning and the track has been so wet that more than half the participating riders crashed in the Moto3 race (won by Romano Fenati) and the Moto2 race (won by Domi Aegerter).
Local hero Valentino Rossi is skipping this weekend due to injury, but his title rivals have been putting on a superb show in his absence. Vinales, Dovizioso and Marquez went toe-to-toe in qualifying yesterday and looked very much set for a thoroughly entertaining dogfight in the race.
The grid for the race is as follows:

1 Vinales
2 Dovizioso
3 Marquez
4 Crutchlow
5 Lorenzo
6 Zarco
7 Pedrosa
8 Petrucci
9 A. Espargaro
10 Bautista
11 Pirro
12 Abraham
13 Barbera
14 Miller
15 Baz
16 Folger
17 P. Espargaro
18 Rabat
19 Redding
20 Rins
21 Iannone
22 Smith
23 Lowes
