IndyCar - Pocono: According to IndyCar's weather man, the drivers can look forward to an afternoon in the low 30.C range, a fair bit of humidity, and 10 knot winds from the west through south-west. There's also the chance of a pop-up storm today, but if it happens it won't be until well after the race.
IndyCar - Pocono: If you missed it earlier, we have six drivers facing 10 place grid penalties for engine changes today, including Ganassi duo Dario Franchitti and Scott Dixon.
This is great news for Panther's Ryan Briscoe, who didn't participate in practice or qualifying yesterday because he was too busy taking a class win for Level 5 at Lime Rock, yet has already gained five places. He'll start from 19th.

IndyCar - Pocono: With the green flag just under two hours away, it's shaping up to be a warm day for the IndyCar race at Pocono. Judging from the traffic coming into the circuit this morning, there's also going to be a pretty good crowd here to enjoy it. 'Andretti' is a big name everywhere, but nowhere more so than in Pennsylvania. It looks like having Marco on pole has been a strong hook for the locals

European Rallycross - Holjes: Andreas Bakkerud wins round six of the European Rallycross Championship in Sweden in emphatic fashion, ahead of Mattias Ekstrom and Timmy Hansen.
Henning Solberg finishes fourth with Danieal Holten fifth.
Petter Solberg retired from the race whilst in second position pushing Bakkerud hard for the lead.
Ulrik Linnemann won Super1600, Irish driver Derek Tohill claimed TouringCar and Kevin Hansen took victory in the JRX Category.

F3 Masters - Zandvoort: Rosenqvist takes the victory by 5.7s from Lynn, Bernstorff and Tincknell.
F3 Masters - Zandvoort: Back to normal, Rosenqvist increases his lead. The Swede is now 3.3s up on Lynn, who has lost a bit of ground to Bernstorff.
F3 Masters - Zandvoort: Rosenqvist appears to be back up to pace, though Lynn closes in by a tenth.

FIA GT - Zandvoort: Day crosses the line more than six seconds up on Vanthoor to record his and Buhk's first FIA GT victory for Charouz Gravity. Vanthoor just holds off team-mate Stippler to take second. Parente's McLaren conked on two laps from home, continuing the Loeb team's run of bad luck.
FIA GT - Zandvoort: Just over five minutes to go, and Day is 5.6s up the road. Vanthoor, in second, is about to come under pressure from team-mate Stippler.
FIA GT - Zandvoort: Impressive showing from Day - he's maintaining the gap at 3.5s to Vanthoor. Parente is on Seyffarth's tail in the battle for fourth, but he's going to need luck to get past a Merc here.
