Marquez's great escape has been postponed at the very least - Dovizioso is now back with him.
Current top 10: 1 Marquez, 2 Dovizioso, 3 Miller, 4 Rins, 5 P Espargaro, 6 Rossi, 7 Petrucci, 8 Crutchlow, 9 Nakagami, 10 Quartararo. Zarco is 12th, Vinales is 15th.
Marquez is fancying these conditions - he has pulled out half a second over Dovizioso on the opening lap.
Mir and Morbidelli have come together - both are out in the gravel.
No dramas at Turn 1 - it's Marquez leading Dovizioso, Miller, Rins and Pol Espargaro.
Marquez keeps the lead into Turn 1, Dovizioso follows him in second, Zarco tumbles down the order.
Almost the whole grid has gone for medium fronts and soft rears. The only exceptions are Dovizioso, Petrucci and Aleix Espargaro (medium-medium), as well as Miller and Marquez (hard - soft).
The sighting lap is followed by a warm-up lap, which starts now. We're almost there.
Well, good news, nobody has crashed at Turn 1 on the sighting lap.
The pitlane is open. Riders are now heading out for their sighting laps.
There's a lone safety car still making the rounds, and it's no longer kicking up much in the way of spray.
"The first corner still looks pretty wet to me - we will have to be very, very careful," Karel Abraham says.
The safety cars are returning to the pitlane - but there's another 10 minutes before the riders can head out.
There's a slight air of concern in the air about the possibility of rain returning, so 15 minutes might not be soon enough. We'll see.
Quick start procedure to follow at 14:35 local time - that's in 15 minutes.
There's still plenty of spray from the start-finish straight, and some riders will presumably not have a fantastic time getting off the line, but Turn 1 does look much more palatable. The start can't be far now.
Jack Miller: "I don't mind throwing myself in harm's way, but having 20 bikes around me, all on slicks, in the wet first corner, is not ideal. It looks pretty much dry now, so we should be going quite soon hopefully."
The safety cars - two of them actually, with different liveries - are still lapping Brno. Still plenty of spray being kicked up at Turn 14 and Turn 1 right now.
Ducati's Davide Tardozzi believes a longer delay is needed still - otherwise there will be "bad crashes".
The MotoGP safety car is lapping the circuit right now. Track's drier overall than it had been, but the start-finish straight is still problematic.
Still no designated time for when the pitlane will be open for the quick start procedure.
Earlier today, with the track still dry, Aron Canet won the Moto3 race to reclaim the lead in the championship - albeit his main rival Lorenzo Dalla Porta minimised his points loss in second.

In Moto2, however, Alex Marquez's latest win has allowed him to establish a 33-point lead in the standings, as Tom Luthi crashed out.
The race distance has been slashed by a lap, it will now run to 20 laps.
Make that a longer delay - all bikes are now heading back to the pitlane, and there will be a quick restart procedure.
Zarco was among those advocating for a delayed start, explaining that under the current conditions all the riders will equip slicks - and crash on the wet sections of the track. But Zarco was calling for more like a 20-minute delay.
TV cameras show Valentino Rossi giving Dorna CEO Carmelo Ezpeleta a piece of his mind. He's very perturbed by something - presumably the track conditions?
Championship top 10: 1 Marquez, 185; 2 Dovizioso, 127; 3 Petrucci, 121; 4 Rins, 101; 5 Vinales, 85; 6 Rossi, 80; 7 Miller, 70; 8 Quartararo, 67; 9 Crutchlow, 67; 10 P Espargaro, 56.
Track's properly soaked in parts, so it should be a no-brainer tyre decision, right? Well, not so fast.

In other parts, the surface is completely dry, and Brno drains very, very fast. Lots of riders, including Marquez, are already trying slicks for their sighting laps, and the track will only get drier as the race start approaches.
Marquez took pole position by a brutal 2.5 seconds yesterday, in a league of his own on slick tyres on a drying track. And guess what – after a day of dry running, it began to rain again with 50 minutes left until the race, only to promptly stop, leaving us with a drying track once more.
Grid: 1 Marquez, 2 Miller, 3 Zarco
4 Dovizioso, 5 P Espargaro, 6 Rins
7 Rossi, 8 Petrucci, 9 Vinales
10 Quartararo, 11 Crutchlow, 12 Morbidelli
13 Nakagami, 14 Bagnaia, 15 Guintoli
16 Oliveira, 17 Bradl, 18 A Espargaro
19 Mir, 20 Abraham, 21 Syahrin
22 Rabat, 23 Iannone
