Running away from Marquez, Dovizioso takes the lead from Quartararo into Turn 1.
While Dovizioso and Miller are in the top five, Petrucci is having a disaster race so far - down in 12th.
Marquez makes his way through Miller for third, now on Dovizioso's tail.
At the front, Quartararo's lead is six tenths over Dovizioso. Behind them, Marquez is all over Miller.
Crash
Syahrin crashes as well.
A bit a confusing crash for the duo, Espargaro seemed to have been slow in the corner, forcing riders wide - and Crutchlow to crash - around him.
Information
Top 10: 1 Quartararo; 2 Dovizioso; 3 Miller; 4 Marquez; 5 Rossi; 6 Rins; 7 Vinales; 8 Nakagami; 9 Bagnaia; 10 Rabat.
Crash
Crutchlow and Pol Espargaro both crash at Turn 3.
Rins also was up to second but he was passed by both Dovizioso and Miller on the main straight. Marquez only fifth for the moment.
Marquez makes a mistake and forces Dovizioso wide as well, Quartararo into the lead!
Marquez leads into Turn 1 but Dovizioso makes a move into Turn 3!

Jorge Lorenzo has been the big story of the weekend in the paddock, despite not actually being in the paddock. The Spaniard is out on injury leave, but his reported interest in severing his Honda deal early and joining Pramac Ducati for 2020 has been the talk of the town.
After several days of increasingly surprising developments, the idea of a Lorenzo - Ducati reunion in 2020 seems to have been snuffed out. But this particular story will rumble on yet, especially if Lorenzo and Honda are unable to mend what is suddenly believed to have become an increasingly difficult relationship.

Ex-MotoGP rider Mike Di Meglio won the second-ever MotoE race earlier today, prevailing on a drying track in the five-lap romp.
Romano Fenati - yes, he of the brake lever grab fame - took a masterful Moto3 win, his first since returning to the category. The championship lead in the lightweight class now belongs to Lorenzo Dalla Porta, who has one point more than Aron Canet.
In Moto2, Brad Binder led nearly from start to finish, helped by many of his nearest rivals tripping over each other in a rather chaotic affair. The very in-form Alex Marquez charged from 11th to second, and further increased his championship lead.

Championship standings: 1 Marquez, 210: 2 Dovizoso, 147; 3 Petrucci, 129; 4 Rins, 114; 5 Vinales, 91; 6 Rossi, 90; 7 Miller, 86; 8 Crutchlow, 78; 9 Quartararo, 76; 10 P Espargaro, 61.
On what has traditionally been a Ducati circuit, Marquez took pole by a rather shocking 0,434s yesterday, making the most of the heat and of Honda's improved top speed this year.
It's considerably cooler today, which should benefit some of his rivals - yet with morning rain having likely washed away much of the grip of the asphalt, Marquez looks well-placed to win at what is currently the only MotoGP circuit where he's yet to triumph.
