DTM - Norisring: Wickens is in the very next lap. Almost looked like a slight delay on the left-rear, but nothing too major. Wickens retains the lead and his gap has grown slightly, while Vietoris is now closer to Ekstrom and Spengler behind him.

USC - Watkins Glen: While we are on the subject of pole position, qualifying was actually cancelled on Saturday due to extreme wet conditions.
The series organisers took the decision to start the grid for Prototype, Prototype Challenge, GT Le Mans and GT Daytona in championship order.

DTM - Norisring: Wickens is in. It releases Vietoris, to see if he can build enough for a buffer. Wickens rejoins clear of Ekstrom and Spengler.
DTM - Norisring: Smooth stops for Ekstrom, Spengler and Paffett, too, as we approach the halfway mark.
Wickens still leads Vietoris by 0.4s, with di Resta and Auer a further five seconds behind. Molina, Blomqvist and Scheider are the other drivers yet to stop.

DTM - Norisring: da Costa was running a few seconds ahead of that group, in ninth, but endured a slow stop due to a problematic front-right. He drops to the back of the field as a result.
A lap later, and it's a clean stops for Wehrlein and Wittmann, although the latter rejoined the track slightly awkwardly next to leader Wickens.

DTM - Norisring: Green pits, but has lost a place to Juncadella, who stopped two laps earlier.

DTM - Norisring: Green's currently 10th and doesn't have appear to have an abundance of pace. He has Juncadella, Martin and Muller in a little train behind him.
BTCC - Croft: Debutant Nicolas Hamilton said his first race was "as tough as I expected it to be", and also made a small mistake towards the end when he clipped the tyre stack. He ended up a lapped 25th, but to be fair to him would have probably been an unlapped 24th without the error.

BTCC - Croft: Jason Plato said earning third on the grid for race two was the best he could have hoped for, after forsaking his 12th place on the grid for a pitlane start and a clear track in race one.
The Team BMR man called it a "reset" for his weekend, but doesn't think he'll be able to challenge the BMW in race two - even though his Volkswagen is ballast-free and the WSR cars have maximum weight.

DTM - Norisring: Ekstrom has taken third place from Auer. Got down the inside at the final corner, but Auer hung on all the way down the straight until having to yield at Turn 1.

BTCC - Croft: Dick Benetts was delighted WSR took the first 1-2-3 in its history after its podium clean sweep in race one. He said he'd had "quite a strong word" with them about the need to be sensible on the run into the first corner at the start.

DTM - Norisring: Vietoris' move was particularly sharp, around the outside of the first part of the chicane to give himself the inside for the second.
Trouble was that German TV loves telling you when there's a new fastest lap. It's a graphic, which is great - and yellow not unlike Glock's sponsor - but it takes up about a third of the screen. And initially covered Vietoris' work on Spengler.

USC - Watkins Glen: The sixth round of the United SportsCar Championship kicks off in little over half an hour and the circuit also hosts the third round of the North American Endurance Cup.
Action Express duo Christian Fittipaldi and Joao Barbosa lead the Prototype NAEC standings with 27 points. They finished second at Daytona and won at Sebring.
They're on pole here, albeit with some luck, so they have got the advantage heading into this six hour race.

DTM - Norisring: Confirmation from replays that Gotz drilled the back of Glock's BMW into Turn 1. Lots of incidental contact around that group as well, but couldn't spot anything obvious for Rockenfeller or Farfus.

Sebastien Loeb had a nightmare second race after hitting the tyre stacks at the exit of the chicane, but earlier in the day he lead from pole to flag to win his second race in a row.

WTCC - Paul Ricard: Lopez wins the second race, a clean sweep of home wins for Citroen.
No double French winner though with Muller taking fourth and Loeb retiring after his earlier incident.
