European F3 - Spielberg: It's looking like deja vu for Wolf. After holding third for so long in race one (before it all went wrong), he now has Auer bearing down on him by half a second per lap in pursuit of the final podium spot. The gap is now 2.9s, having been 4.4s three laps ago.
European F3 - Spielberg: Another big shunt. This time it's Alex Lynn, who spun into the wall between Turns 2 and 3 after making contact with Pipo Derani. Lynn is already out of the car and Derani has broken suspension. The safety car is out.
Acropolis Rally: Sebastien Ogier, Mads Ostberg and Mikko Hirvonen get through SS9 safely, all three finding the stage uneventful.
European F3 - Spielberg: That had been the battle for 11th, which would have been the final point as Kvyat does not score. Derani appeared to be as far to the right of the circuit as he could go as Lynn gradually drifted towards him.
European F3 - Spielberg: Red Flag. Lynn's car won't be able to be moved with just the safety car out.
European F3 - Spielberg: And that's a result as race officials confirm there will be no restart. It's a second win of the day for Rosenqvist and Mucke Motorsport.
European F3 - Spielberg: Race two finishing order: 1 Rosenqvist; 2 Kvyat; 3 Wolf; 4 Auer; 5 Hill; 6 King; 7 Tincknell; 8 Blomqvist; 9 Cheever; 10 Lewis.
FR3.5 - Spa: With the second European F3 race halted, you can get up to date with the Formula Renault 3.5 opener from Spa, won by Kevin Magnussen - just. McLaren 1 - 0 Red Bull in Belgium.

MotoGP - Mugello: Andrea Dovizioso performed a minor miracle in MotoGP qualifying, hauling his Ducati to third with a neck injury. He hailed it as a "special" home qualifying session: "It was a small crash [in practice] but the consequence for my neck was not so nice.

"Yesterday I almost couldn't ride, but my physio did a really good job and today my neck improved a little bit and I was able to push 100 per cent.

"It's special to do the front row in Mugello for us, for Ducati, for all the sponsors and for all my friends."
Acropolis Rally: New battle brewing is for fourth between Nasser Al-Attiyah and Andreas Mikkelsen.

The Volkswagen number three had fallen behind the M-Sport Ford man amid various dramas earlier. Mikkelsen then mounted a charge and got the gap down to 9s, but Al-Attiyah is fighting back.

Auto GP - Silverstone: The inaugural Auto GP race at Silverstone was, rather fittingly, won by a debutant - GP2 racer Kevin Giovesi. The 2012 European Open F3 Cup champ marked his first Auto GP appearance with a faultless drive to victory.

Full race report
FR3.5 - Spa: Contrasting moods from the podium finishers today. Magnussen was relieved to hold on to win, da Costa is very frustrated with himself for making a couple of errors, and Melker was jubilant - declaring his charge from 10th to third "amazing".
Acropolis Rally: Bit of rain on SS9, but leader Jari-Matti Latvala is pleasantly surprised by how little problem it causes.

Meanwhile Dani Sordo is still playing it safe in second. At the end of the stage he jokes that he and co-driver Carlos del Barrio are "talking about the MotoGP classification".
Blancpain - Silverstone: Talking in the paddock to Mark Blundell about his boy Conway and his fine performance out in Detroit. Tells me Mike is super fit - agrees that that's something he didn't learn from him!
Acropolis Rally - SS9 results:

Stage: 1 Novikov; 2 Latvala + 1.5s; 3 Ogier + 5.8s; 4 Sordo + 6.0s; 5 Ostberg + 7.8s.

Overall: 1 Latvala; 2 Sordo + 49.2s; 3 Neuville + 1m39.0s; 4 Al Attiyah + 3m37.9s; 5 Mikkelsen + 3m47.7s.

FR3.5 - Spa: This is the scene that greets home hero Stoffel Vandoorne every time he steps out of the Fortec truck or garage.

Vandoorne's off at the start was compounded by his anti-stall kicking in later in the opening lap and costing him a further five places. He isn't dwelling on today though: "Nothing went right today, but tomorrow is a new day and let's see if we can turn it around."
European F3 - Spielberg: Felix Rosenqvist made it two wins out of two in the Formula 3 European Championship at Spielberg. The shortened second race brought more joy to the Swede as championship leader Raffaele Marciello was pushed out of the points on countback.

Full race report
European F3 - Spielberg: Points after race 2: 1 Marciello, 229.5; 2 Rosenqvist, 187; 3 Auer, 147; 4 Lynn, 127.5; 5 Tincknell, 115; 6 Blomqvist, 94.5; 7 Serralles, 76; 8 King, 64; 9 Muller, 60; 10 Hill, 56.
Auto GP - Silverstone: Race one winner Kevin Giovesi is being investigated for infringing the regulations during his pitstop.

Last lap pitstops are against the rules. Did Giovesi pit at the end of lap 12 or the start of lap 13?
FR3.5 - Spa: Hard-hitting appraisal of his own performance from a disappointed Antonio Felix da Costa after he finished second today.

"I didn't do a good job in the early laps. I made two big mistakes, and to compensate I needed to use a lot of DRS. With eight laps to go I was out [having reached the 450-second limit].

"To stay that close to Kevin [Magnussen] without DRS is a good sign that we are fast, but I just didn't put it together today. This is not enough."
Auto GP - Silverstone: Andrea Roda identified clutch failure as the reason for his early exit from this afternoon's race. Roda fleetingly held fourth, before parking opposite Silverstone's Wing on lap two.

"The problem was there from the start. The car was really revving up. Unfortunately I am going to have to start right at the back tomorrow [for the reversed grid race]."

NASCAR Sprint Cup - Dover practice results: 1 Matt Kenseth; 2 Kasey Kahne; 3 Brad Keselowski; 4 Kyle Busch; 5 Kurt Busch; 6 Denny Hamlin; 7 Carl Edwards; 8 Clint Bowyer; 9 Jimmie Johnson; 10 Juan Pablo Montoya.
MotoGP - Mugello: An update from Marc Marquez, who is happy to be on the second row for tomorrow's French Grand Prix but says his shoulder is causing him some grief.

"Sixth place today was the best that we could have hoped for and I am very happy with this result," he said. "At the end of qualifying I was able to put in a hot lap, but the race tomorrow is going to be difficult and tough.

"I won't be 100 per cent physically, because I'm bruised and sore. My shoulder is bothering me the most, and we will see how it responds tomorrow. We are going to give our all, in any case, and see where we end up."
Blancpain - Silverstone: Ex-Formula 3 driver Rupert Svendsen-Cook makes a decent start to what could be a GT career in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo suport race - third place with German Fabian Hamprecht. The win went to last year's champion, Cedric Leimer.

DTM - Spielberg: Mercedes is bullish about its poor practice pace, explaining that its drivers never used DRS more than once on a lap, whereas some of the others were seen using it at least four times on a single lap during the allowed period.
European Formula 3 Open - Nurburgring: In Germany, UAE-based Briton Ed Jones has won the first of two European F3 Open Cup races ahead of Sandy Stuvik and Hector Hurst. Meanwhile, Andrea Montermini has qualified Scuderia Villorba Corse's Ferrari 458 GT on pole for the first International GT Open race tomorrow.
DTM - Spielberg: With DRS use down each of the significant straights worth about 0.3s per lap here, that means a gain of 0.9s for someone using it four times on a lap rather than once. The difference between the entire field this morning was 1.6s.
DTM - Spielberg: Remember, DRS use is not allowed in qualifying, and in races drivers are allowed to use it only once per lap - and only when within two seconds of the car in front.
Auto GP - Silverstone: On the road winner Kevin Giovesi has received a post-race penalty for making an illegal last lap pitstop.

Narain Karthikeyan picks up his maiden Auto GP victory as a result. Reaction from Giovesi's team boss Piercarlo Ghinzani and Karthikeyan to follow.
Acropolis Rally: The final stage of day two is getting underway.

Jari-Matti Latvala looks safe out front unless he hits trouble.

The main battles are Nasser Al Attiyah versus Andreas Mikkelsen for fourth, the flying Evgeny Novikov closing on Mikko Hirvonen for seventh as both gain on Martin Prokop, and Sebastien Ogier looming behind Robert Kubica for 10th overall.
DTM - Spielberg: Qualifying is underway. Q1 is 15 minutes long with the top 16 progressing to Q2.

NASCAR Trucks - Dover: Kyle Busch claimed his 32nd Truck win with victory in Friday evening's 200-lap race at Dover, emerging triumphant from a four-lap dash to the flag.

Results: 1 Busch; 2 Matt Crafton; 3 Ryan Blaney; 4 Chase Elliott; 5 Brendan Gaughan; 6 Timothy Peters; 7 Johnny Sauter; 8 Joey Coulter; 9 Jeb Burton; 10 Darrell Wallace Jr.
DTM - Spielberg: Halfway through Q1 the order is 1 Albuquerque; 2 Paffett; 3 Farfus; 4 Wickens; 5 Rockenfeller; 6 Green. In the drop zone are Merhi, Hand, Glock, Wittmann, Priaulx and Werner.
Acropolis Rally: Rain is getting heavier in Greece. Sebastien Ogier admits it would've been handier earlier in the day given that he is running first on the road.
DTM - Spielberg: Three minutes of Q1 left and champion Bruno Spengler goes into P1 ahead of fellow BMW man Marco Wittmann. Mortara, Wehrlein, Ekstrom, Merhi, Hand and Priaulx in the drop zone as 1.1s separates the whole field.
NASCAR Nationwide - Dover - qualifying results: 1 Austin Dillon; 2 Sam Hornish Jr; 3 Kyle Busch; 4 Alex Bowman; 5 Kasey Kahne; 6 Joey Logano; 7 Regan Smith; 8 Ty Dillon; 9 Matt Kenseth; 10 Brian Scott
DTM - Spielberg: Less than a minute of Q1 left and just 0.9s separates the field. Mortara gets himself into Q2 with a late effort that's good enough for seventh, but Merhi's final lap is not good enough to get him through. He's 21st currently.
DTM - Spielberg: Wittmann pumps in a late flyer to top Q1, but the BMW man was safe in progressing to Q2 anyway. 0.9s separate the entire field as the first part of qualifying ends.
DTM - Spielberg: Eliminated from Q1 are 17 Green, 18 Tambay, 19 Hand, 20 Molina, 21 Merhi and 22 Priaulx.
