So, we have a great grid and another iffy forecast for tomorrow's race. Make sure you join us for the Belgian Grand Prix.
Hamilton can't take the smile off his face as he grabs a towel and wipes himself down. Webber and Vettel look less pleased with the result.
A wonderful session and Hamilton stands atop his car to wild cheers from his team and fans alike.
Button is sixth in the McLaren with Grosjean seventh, Raikkonen eighth, Alonso ninth and Massa rounds out the top 10.
It must be a horrible feeling for Paul di Resta, who needed just another two minutes of rain for a sensation. He ends up fifth.
An amazing end to qualifying and Lewis Hamilton has the pole by 0.188s ahead of Vettel, with Webber third and Rosberg fourth.
Lewis Hamilton claims a sensational pole position for tomorrow's Belgian Grand Prix!
Stopwatch
But it's Hamilton who is last over the line with an unbeatable 2m01.012s and the Briton has done it again!
Stopwatch
Vettel then takes the top position with 2m01.200s briefly.
Stopwatch
Webber crosses the line and takes over with 2m01.325s.
Webber is flying and posts the fastest middle sector time, then Hamilton beats that section time.
Hamilton, Webber and Vettel are still on their final attempt.
Button is a great third fastest for McLaren, 0.8s off Rosberg's new target.
Better lap from Alonso as he drives through to grab sixth as the rain eases.
Stopwatch
Rosberg comes through on his last attempt and he snatches the top position away from di Resta with 2m02.251s!
Checkered flag
10 min: Flag out.
10 min: Di Resta has pitted and now he and the team can only watch and wait.
10 min: Massa has called time on his afternoon and pits from third position.
9 min: So di Resta hangs on for now at the front with Rosberg second, Massa third, Hamilton fourth and Button fifth.
9 min: Massa did use his track position well though, and that lap has shaken out third fastest.
8 min: Alonso has a poor lap and is only 10th, slowest of all in his Ferrari.
8 min: Rosberg is into second spot in the Mercedes with a time of 2m02.873s.
8 min: Raikkonen comes around and can only make it up to sixth.
8 min: Vettel comes through and he is only fourth with a time of 2m05.546s.
8 min: Nothing for the drivers to do but try to clock a time but it is getting wetter by the minute.
7 min: Webber comes through and he posts 2m05.080s. That's third so far.
7 min: Sheeting down as Massa drives for the line and is 1.7s off di Resta's well-timed benchmark.
6 min: Massa has a wobble on the kerbs as he turns for home and he will be well off di Resta's provisional pole.
6 min: Cast your mind back to the events where di Resta was failed by tyre decisions. That could all be put right in the next few minutes...
5 min: Can any of them get near that time with the rain still falling?
5 min: Massa is the first man of the rest of the pack to start a flying lap, with a "massive advantage" he is told.
Stopwatch
5 min: Di Resta crosses the line and gets the fun started with 2m02.332s.
4 min: A fascinating turn of events as the other nine drivers work around an outlap while di Resta sets what could be the pole time!
4 min: The rest are all on track now but some distance behind di Resta on the road.
4 min: Di Resta is through Pouhon and he is on his way towards the end of the lap.
3 min: Massa is down and away on intermediates as more follow out of the pits.
3 min: This could be a remarkable moment for the Scot as he gets to put a time down while track conditions get worse for the rest.
3 min: Massvie scrambles down the pitlane as teams look to fit intermediates and take more fuel.
3 min: So di Resta is the only driver on track, on inters with rain increasing.
2 min: Common sense prevails and they are all in, except di Resta who initially went out on intermediates.
