Indy Lights winner Serralles to make F3 return in Zandvoort Masters
Indy Lights race winner Felix Serralles is to make a surprise return to Formula 3 this weekend in the F3 Masters at Zandvoort

The 23-year-old Puerto Rican will line up in a Dallara-Mercedes run by Jo Zeller Racing, which is also returning to the top level of F3 at the Dutch event after spending the 2015 season in the Austrian F3 Cup.
Serralles finished third in the British F3 Championship in 2012 with Fortec Motorsport before graduating to Euro F3 as a Mercedes-contracted driver, competing with Fortec in '13 and Team West-Tec in '14.
The Swiss-based Zeller team has close links with leading F3 squad Mucke Motorsport, which is not competing in the Masters - Jo Zeller is one of the engineers at Mucke, while son Sandro, who usually races for his father's team, also works with the Berlin squad.
It is understood that Serralles was in contact with the Zeller team in the week leading up to last weekend's Indy Lights finale at Laguna Seca, with the deal only being completed in the past couple of days.
The addition of Serralles brings the number of , with the two Double R Racing berths the only slots to be filled.
