Ferrari protege Fuoco leads second day of GP3 Abu Dhabi test

The Trident driver's morning benchmark of 1m55.135s was 0.029 seconds faster than Jack Aitken's fastest time in the afternoon session, while Jake Dennis, who was second in both sessions, was also within 0.1s of the pace.

Fuoco, who finished sixth in GP3 with Carlin this year, was third fastest in the afternoon, sitting behind an Arden one-two made up of Aitken and Dennis.

- switching from ART to Arden - was next up, making sure the British team had all three of its cars in the top four in the combined times.

McLaren junior and 2015 Formula Renault 3.5 racer Nyck de Vries joined the test line-up for day two with ART, ending the day 1.1s adrift of the pace set by Fuoco.
