Wurz predicts more tough times
Alex Wurz is expecting to have another tough year in his Benetton next season
The Austrian, who has scored three points for the Italian team this season, has forecast more frustration for his 2000 campaign.
'I know that this year was difficult for me,' said Wurz. 'But the with the car the way it is, we must progress further.
'Next year is also likely to be difficult, but [team chief] Rocco Benetton is trying new innovations, which I cannot say to you yet, but which should be great.'
Wurz has been outqualified by team-mate Giancarlo Fisichella 12 times this season, but is hoping for more luck next year.
'I know that it is what people see and they carry the conclusions, but really I am not worried because we know why.
'I have a weight quite higher than Giancarlo because of my big size, and that requires more often changes to certain things on the car.'
Benetton will use Supertec engines, and unlike many other outfits, has no real 'major' partnership or big change for next year.
