Ralf feeling confident
Malaysian GP winner Ralf Schumacher feels there is a lot more to come from his car around Interlagos and reckons that ending the first day fourth fastest shows how competitive the team will be this weekend
"I am still not happy with the set-up of my car," said the German, who ended the day with the fourth best time. "We are fighting with understeer. From my perspective our lap times show how strong we can be here. We should have sorted out the set-up by tomorrow, anyway."
Team-mate Juan Pablo Montoya suffered a puncture in the first session, but other than that he enjoyed a trouble-free day. His car was the fastest through the speed trap on the long main straight and he's happy with how the Michelin tyres are performing.
"We worked on different tyres with good results, as the car felt more stable and had much more grip in the rear end. It's a pity that I made a mistake in my last set of tyres."
