Massa delighted with best F1 result

Felipe Massa was delighted after he celebrated his best result in Formula One to complete a Ferrari one-two at the United States Grand Prix

"It was definitely a great race for me," admitted Massa after finishing behind teammate Michael Schumacher at the Indianapolis race.

The Brazilian's best previous result was a third place at this year's European Grand Prix.

Massa led from the start but handed over at the front to Schumacher after the first pitstops.

"I started really good. I made my reaction very quick this time," added Massa. "I had a very, very quick start and could pass Michael at the end of the straight and then just tried to push to make a good gap between us and the Renaults.

"I pushed even harder to push the gap and stay in the race, and Michael was quick in the out-lap and managed to pass me.

"It (the result) came at the right time, so now we need to be strong at every race to fight with them (Renault). I am happy, it's my best result and hopefully we will carry on with this pace."
