And that's all from us! We'll be back tomorrow for what promises to be an interesting Miami Grand Prix - especially if the weather forecast of rain is correct! We'll catch you then.

Charles Leclerc, third on the grid for the Miami GP: "It was on the limit! We were just not fast enough today, we brought a significant package which helped us but here and there where we need to improve. It was a very tricky qualifying, the wind was changing also from run to run, so the car was behaving differently. At the end, P3 is a good starting position."

Max Verstappen, second on the grid for the Miami GP: "For me it's been two things, the car has not been great, but from my side I never felt comfortable in the layout. Over the past few weeks the team has been pushing flat out and to help me feel more comfortable in the car. To be on the front row is way better than I expected."

"Let's start with a good start, I've not had a lot of them this year!"

Kimi Antonelli, pole for tomorrow's Miami GP: "It's been an amazing day, to be on pole again. It was obviously a difficult sprint, but super happy with the recovery. Got a little bit too excited in that last lap of Q3, but that first lap was good enough.

"I was very stressed to be fair, because I was waiting for everyone to finish their laps. But it was good enough. Hopefully the magic [start] will happen tomorrow!"

Four teams in the top four - this could be really spicy tomorrow. What will the weather bring? Exciting, isn't it?

Q3 order

1. Antonelli
2. Verstappen
3. Leclerc
4. Norris
5. Russell
6. Hamilton
7. Piastri
8. Colapinto
9. Hadjar
10. Gasly

Russell does not improve and stays fifth, losing time in the final sector. Piastri improves his laptime, but not his position - he's still seventh. Leclerc and Hamilton cannot improve either.

What's Verstappen got? He's quicker in the middle sector and under a tenth...

...but can't topple the Mercedes! Antonelli's on pole, but Verstappen's up to second! A great lap from the Red Bull driver.

Russell kicks us off first. Antonelli looked a bit loose into Turn 1 in the meantime - let's see where we get to. Personal best for Russell, while Antonelli's bailed on his lap.

The second batch of runs will get going in a second - can anyone beat Antonelli? The McLarens fold out of the pits behind the Mercedes pair, then followed by a pair of Ferraris.

It's a 1m27.798s for Antonelli! Russell is 0.4s off his team-mate - Antonelli has a big benchmark here.

After these opening runs, it's Antonelli, Leclerc, Verstappen, Norris, Russell, Hamilton, Piastri, Colapinto, Hadjar, and Gasly.

Piastri lands on a 1m28.687s. It's a 1m28.183s for Norris - the Australian's middle sector was iffy.

Verstappen is 0.002s up on Norris to go first - but Leclerc posts a 1m28.143s to go quickest.

Now, where are the Mercs...

First sectors for both McLarens don't look great - both in the 30s zone. Verstappen's slower than both, though. But there's plenty to make up over the lap.

Everyone's on track now. Piastri will be first to start a lap, followed by Norris, Hadjar, and Verstappen.

It's all finely poised.

Q3 begins!

Who's going to take pole? We've got 12 minutes (plus change) before we find out.

Zak Brown tells Sky that Norris did indeed have a boost issue, so McLaren is aiming to iron that out for Q3.

Interesting to see this ebb and flow throughout qualifying - can everyone keep it neat and tidy in this final stage? It's looking a mite windy out there...

Our top 10 shootout contenders...

We have Verstappen, Antonelli, Leclerc, Piastri, Hamilton, Russell, Norris, Hadjar, Colapinto, and Gasly in Q3.

Will the change in wind create another surprise here?

Eliminated in Q2

11. Hulkenberg
12. Lawson
13. Bearman
14. Sainz
15. Ocon
16. Albon

Hulkenberg gets up to 11th, but he's still 0.3s off the top 10. Lawson can't break into the top 10 either. Piastri improves to go fourth, as does Norris on his used softs to go seventh.

Russell can't improve, so he stays third.

Leclerc's now got a purple first sector, while Verstappen's found time on Antonelli here - and goes up to first with a 1m28.116s.

It's a 1m28.315s for Leclerc, so third fastest here.

"We are seeing gusts of up to 25kph at Turn 11," Russell is told. The changing wind does seem to be having an effect.

Antonelli's done a purple first sector, but down on his middle sector from before. Russell, meanwhile, is half a second down.

It's a 1m28.289s for Antonelli, so he's improved.

"How do I have no deployment out of Turn 16?" Norris asks. "The deployment looks correct, we think it's the wind", says engineer Will Joseph.

Elimination zone with five minutes remaining...

11. Lawson
12. Ocon
13. Hulkenberg
14. Bearman
15. Albon
16. Sainz.

Can any of them break into the top 10? They need about half a second on their previous laps.

Norris spools up for his lap now, pressure's on though. He's got through Turn 5 cleanly, it seems.

It's only ninth, though, and he splits the Alpines.

What's fascinating is the change between the sprint and the grand prix sessions. The Mercedes pair has found something, and the McLarens now seem to be a bit wayward.

Verstappen also looked good in Q1, but he's suddenly finding grip at a premium - and he's just 0.01s ahead of Hadjar and 0.05s ahead of Colapinto.

Antonelli then does a 1m28.352s, with Russell 0.125s off - matching Hamilton now.

Norris will have to go again, as he has no time on the board - and, indeed, he does.

Norris lost time in the first sector and went off at Turn 5, so he lost that lap.

Gasly goes up to fifth, 0.6s off Hamilton's current benchmark - but Colapinto almost matches the Red Bulls and goes ahead of his team-mate. The Argentine has been fast all weekend.

Piastri is 0.425s off Hamilton.

Verstappen's opening sector looked a bit tough, with the front end snapping a couple of times. He sets a 1m28.931s - and reports that the tyres "have no grip".

Leclerc then sets a 1m28.542s, with Hamilton on a 1m28.477s to go quickest for now.

Q2 kicks off

After a short delay to clear Bortoleto's Audi out of the run-off, we're ready to go. Both Red Bulls go out first, followed by Hulkenberg.

Piastri was told "we're safely through" after finishing Q1 in 16th.

"Safely is an ambitious word in that situation, I think," Piastri replied. McLaren says that the Australian has a small power unit issue, which it's trying to sort.

We've got a slight delay to Q2 proceedings, as Bortoleto stopped at the side of the road with his brake fire.

Bortoleto's brakes are on fire. The problems just won't stop...

Eliminated in Q1

17. Lindblad
18. Alonso
19. Stroll
20. Bottas
21. Perez
22. Bortoleto

Lindblad and Bortoleto cannot get out of the bottom six, which means they're out. Neither of the Astons get through either.

Piastri went for one more lap, but he's safe anyway. Bottas improves, but only moves up to 20th.

Bortoleto has to wrangle with some traffic before starting his lap. His first sector is some way off the cut-off time of Esteban Ocon, however.

Leclerc goes up to second, while Ocon then moves off the elimination cusp.

Piastri is...still in the 1m30s. This is going to be a bit touch and go...sticking with used tyres is a bit of a gamble.

Snap for Russell out of Turn 17, but gets up to seventh and should be safe.

Antonelli then posts a 1m28.653s on fresh softs to go fastest - so he's probably safe.

Both Aston Martins are over a second clear of the nearest Cadillac after the first laps, so fair play to them. Bit of a blow to the American team, however, with its updates versus Aston's no-update approach.

Of the big-hitters, Piastri and Russell will have to go again. Bortoleto is also on-track.

Bortoleto's in his car - so he might get a run in here. Let's see if Audi has something up its sleeve...

Hulkenberg gets up to seventh on fresh softs, 0.546s off Verstappen's current benchmark. The Alpines are going straight onto softs, but it's only 12th for Gasly - while Colapinto goes ninth.

Antonelli got within 0.059s of Verstappen, but the Red Bull is still looking good value at the moment.

That said, everyone's done their opening laps on used tyres. Lawson puts his car into sixth on fresh softs to illustrate that point.

Verstappen's done well here, Norris has posted a 1m29.183s, so he's behind too.

We're slower than yesterday's sprint qualifying, however.
