Coulthard: Frentzen can still be champ
Heinz-Harald Frentzen could be world champion this year according to rival David Coulthard
The German himself believes he is an outside bet for the title
But he moved into the championship reckoning with victory at the last race in Monza.
He trails joint championship leaders Mika Hakkinen and Eddie Irvine by just 10 points with three races remaining.
'Absolutely he's a threat,' said Coulthard on the eve of the European Grand Prix at the Nurburgring.
'He has done a great job this year. I am surprised Jordan has been able to keep in the points so long.
'But if Mika and kept scoring high points we would not be in this situation - but we are.'
