Ericsson is now up to seventh as Vandoorne pits and rejoins 13th - a long way behind first-stint combatant Stroll.
"Why I cannot pass...? He's so fast on the straight," says Renault runner Sainz as he remains trapped behind Ericsson's yet-to-stop Sauber-Ferrari.
Hamilton retakes the lead with just over 8s in hand on Vettel.
Verstappen eventually pits under pressure from Hamilton. He bolts on mediums too and rejoins fourth.
Mercedes tells Bottas it "looks like Red Bull is one-stopping".
He takes on medium tyres and rejoins fifth, behind Vettel and Bottas.
Magnussen made those softs last to the race's halfway point, and now he's onto mediums - so that should easily be a one-stop strategy. He's still got an 8s margin in sixth over the yet-to-pit Vandoorne.
Hamilton picked up DRS on Verstappen for a couple of laps but hasn't found a way past the Red Bull yet.
Magnussen finally pits to lose his original set of softs. He'll easily retain sixth if this is smooth - he is a full half-minute clear of Vandoorne behind on the same strategy.
Perez's rapid gains on Stroll for 13th have been stymied by the need to move aside and get lapped by the leaders.
Ericsson is now up to eighth with Ocon having pitted, and despite a lot of efforts Sainz still can't get past the Sauber. Behind, Alonso is taking a lot of looks at Leclerc.
Actually that looks like a troubled stop for Ocon, a replay shows a problem with the right rear and he eventually rejoins last behind Sirotkin.
Ocon pits from seventh, which he'd risen to by running long. And that's cost him places to both Stroll and Perez, who he rejoins behind.
Running long hasn't been great for Perez - before pitting he was in the group chasing Stroll, but he rejoined 6s behind the Williams, which he's now catching fast.
Hamilton is homing in on Verstappen, looking like he will retake the lead shortly.
That dice with Ericsson means Sainz is now being caught by Leclerc and Alonso - it's become a four-way train for ninth, led by a car on a different strategy.
Sainz tries to pass Ericsson - who is yet to stop - for ninth on the outside but gets robustly held off.
Looks as though Raikkonen's race is done as he stops and is wheeled back into the garage.
Perez pits from eighth. Force India had been urging him to run long as others were slow on new mediums, but he's now in.
Verstappen assumes the lead but is yet to stop. Hamilton rejoined second from his, but is only 3s behind the Red Bull.
Sainz pits from what had just become seventh place, rejoining on mediums and with a comfortable gap to Leclerc behind. Alonso has now passed Hartley too.
Raikkonen had to complete an entire lap at reduced pace before making it back to the pits.
Recent-pitter Leclerc gets past Hartley, who stopped on the first lap, for 13th with an outside-line move. Now Alonso will try to do the same.
Hamilton dives into the pits from the lead to take on mediums.
Sirotkin, who came in during the safety car at the start, pits again, takes on supersofts and drops to the back.
Ferrari asks him to try "soc 8". "Nothing" he replies. "Stop the car" Ferrari says.
Raikkonen has a problem. He's falling down the order and reporting a loss of power.
Hamilton is in the low 1m21s now, almost a second quicker than Raikkonen. The race leader in peerless from so far, lapping faster on old softs than Vettel and Bottas are managing on new mediums.
Force India tells Perez it's now "looking to extend" his strategy and that other drivers on mediums are struggling to warm the tyres up. Perez is now 10th as others have stopped ahead.
Bottas makes short work of getting back past Magnussen to take up the chase of Vettel again.
Alonso pits to get rid of those supersofts, takes on mediums and rejoins still behind Leclerc.
Leclerc and Stroll have pitted from the midfield group, swapping to mediums. They're now at the back in 17th and 18th.
