The Force India definitely lost some bodywork in that incident so Perez's pace could be compromised.
Lead gaps: 1 Raikkonen; 2 Hamilton +0.9s; 3 Verstappen +3.4s; 4 Bottas +4.5s
Replays show Magnussen and Perez made contact at the Lesmos. That explains Magnussen dropping back.
Another fastest lap from Raikkonen inches his lead up to a touch under a second.
Magnussen reporting there is "something wrong with the tyres".
The stewards say no action will be taken over the Vettel/Hamilton clash.
Verstappen and Bottas are already being dropped by Raikkonen and Hamilton, who are 2.7s clear up front.
Ricciardo and Vettel both pass Vandoorne at the second chicane.
"Possible debris between Turns 6 and 7," Mercedes warns Hamilton.
Hamilton had a massive tow on Raikkonen out of the Parabolica at the restart and breezed past, but Raikkonen was much later on the brakes into the Roggia in his brilliant reply.
"Head down, let's focus," Mercedes urges Hamilton after his two-corner spell on the lead.
Sainz tries to pass Grosjean at Turn 1 but can't make the corner.
Raikkonen immediately attacks Hamilton again and he retakes the lead around the outside into the Roggia chicane!
Hamilton goes down the outside of Raikkonen into the first chicane and takes the lead!
Raikkonen backs Hamilton up as they head for the restart, but the Mercedes attacks...
Replays show Hartley was squeezed between Vandoorne and Ericsson off the start.
Alonso managed to jump both Gasly and Magnussen in the melee. The McLaren is into the points already thanks to the Hamilton/Vettel incident.
Replays of the start show Vettel initially came under a bit of pressure from Hamilton immediately off the line, but Vettel then pulled clear and was alongside Raikkonen into the first corner. Raikkonen locked up but held the lead. Then Hamilton went down the outside into the second chicane, where the Ferrari's right-front wheel made contact with the Mercedes' sidepod.
Ocon made a strong start but was boxed in at Turn 1. Magnussen had to cut the corner.
Hartley's car is being craned away. Ericsson came into the pits so perhaps they made contact at the start.
But after that damage reassurance, Hamilton replies "you won't be able to see it, it's on the other side".
Hulkenberg and Ricciardo have both taken advantage of the safety car to make a pit stop, after starting at the back.
Mercedes tells Hamilton "we couldn't see anything in terms of damage".
Raikkonen still leads ahead of Hamilton, with Verstappen ahead of Bottas in third. Vettel is into the pits for a new front wing.
Hamilton went around the outside of Vettel into the Roggia, Vettel stayed alongside and then spun mid-corner. He's got going again but has damage.
"That was silly, where did he want to go?" says Vettel, having touched Hamilton in that incident.
