Leclerc now clears Vettel! He gets the run down the back straight and steams past his team-mate for fourth! Meanwhile, Albon clears Stroll too, taking sixth.
Stroll is sinking quickly in this race as he loses another place to Albon and is already defending from Sainz. From race leader to fighting for seventh place in the space of about 15 laps.
Vettel gets ahead of Stroll! Stroll tries to get back ahead into Turn 12, but goes off-line and lets Leclerc trickle through too!
Radio Comms
"They're graining already," Stroll reports. He's fallen a couple of seconds behind Verstappen now.
And it's Hamilton on Perez! The Mercedes driver gets DRS, gets the run into 12 and takes the lead!
Magnussen is the second retirement of this race. It looks like an issue during his pitstop as he pulls up immediately after taking new intermediates - it looks like one of the wheels wasn't fully on the car.
Stroll comes in to pit from the lead for fresh inters - but the Racing Points are a little late to the party and he drops behind Verstappen.
Stopwatch
Sainz, on fresh inters, sets a new fastest lap of 1m40.208s. He's up to eighth place.
Albon rejoins behind Verstappen and Vettel now. Meanwhile, Hamilton's just reeled in the Racing Points.
You can see Albon's rear-right - there's absolutely no tread left on that tyre. He pits for fresh tyres.
Vettel's stop was rather slow there, as Albon has a spin out of turn 4 and falls behind Hamilton.
Vettel comes in, calling enough on that particular set. New inters for him and Sainz too.
Pit stop
Ricciardo's tyres cry enough as he outbrakes himself and loses a place to Sainz. Rather than endure another lap Renault opts to pit him for fresh intermediates which sees him drop to ninth and behind Leclerc.
The Racing Points have found some pace, but we seem to be on the cusp of another dilemma over when to take inters. Leclerc's flying out there on his new set.
Due to his pitlane start on the intermediates, Russell remains the only driver yet to pit in this race. He is currently P12 and three seconds behind Magnussen.
Pit stop
Leclerc has blinked first again as he pits but has played it safe and taken on fresh intermediates rather than gambling for dry weather tyres.
DRS has been enabled. Albon probably wanted that a few laps ago when he was stuck behind Perez.
Despite the incredibly tricky conditions at the start of this race the Turkish GP still has 19 runners at the start of lap 30. Norris is up into the points places after taking 10th place off of Magnussen.
"Fronts are gone completely," Albon reports. He's now fallen to 3.3s behind Perez, with Vettel lurking behind.
Albon's dropped off Perez a bit, unable to make any further headway. Stroll's lead stands at 3s, Perez and Albon are together, and Vettel's now coming into play too.
Verstappen's pit exit incident of crossing the white line will be investigated after the race, according to race control. Not sure why they can't do it now, but I'm sure there will be an explanation.
It's a difficult stage for the inters - still too wet for dry tyres, but the current compound is overheating.
A not-so-friendly move from Norris on his chum Russell, pushing the Williams driver wide and off the track at the final corner, sees the McLaren driver overtake him for 11th place.
Stroll reports understeer, which is helping his lead to erode away. Meanwhile, Vettel in fourth is starting to clear away from Hamilton.
Following his spin and pit for fresh intermediate tyres, Verstappen - still under investigation - is in eighth place tucked up behind Sainz.
"We need to keep these tyres in good condition for the transition to drys", Pete Bonnington tells Hamilton. "It's a long way away," Hamilton retorts.
Deja vu for Perez, as he's got a Red Bull right on his jacksy - but this time, it's Albon.
Information
Verstappen's race could be set to get a bit tougher as he is under investigation for crossing the line at pit exit.
It's lap 23 - Stroll's lead is 5s over Perez. Albon is now within a second of them.
Ah, we may have jinxed it for Bottas as he spins again, this time at Turn 2, and is now down in 17th place.
Quick update on Bottas - he's still in 15th place after his third spin of the race but is now under the rear wing of Gasly. He needs an almighty turnaround if he is to keep his title fight alive.
At least, the lead WAS restored, but Stroll's now setting 1m45s, while Perez is in the 1m43s and Albon in the 1m42s.
That's lifted Albon into third now, and he's just 4.5s down on Perez. Stroll's 10s lead over Perez has been restored.
Verstappen's spun! He went wide at the Turn 11 kink trying to follow Perez, spun around and lost a bunch of places. He pits for new inters as a result.
Stopwatch
Leclerc, in ninth, is once again producing fastest laps, with a 1m42.570s. Curious race pace from the Ferrari driver so far.
Verstappen, meanwhile, is right on Perez's tail. But Albon, now released from the clutches of Vettel, is closing in on the pair.
Bottas has spun again - he had initially climbed ahead of Russell for 11th but is now down in 15th place.
Albon's also cleared Vettel, which allows the Hamilton/Vettel battle to reignite.
Hamilton tries a move on Vettel at turn 12, going too deep into the corner once again and, like Groundhog Day, lets Albon through.
Perez has managed to gain a little bit on Stroll in that VSC, taking 1.5s out of Stroll on that restart.
