Sainz gets a five-second penalty for speeding in the pitlane, while Hulkenberg retires - we heard on the formation lap that his powertrain felt a bit dodgy.
Lap 25/71
Bearman comes out in ninth, behind Bortoleto - Antonelli must have found quite a lot of time with that undercut, so the new medium seems to be bedding in reasonably well.
Russell stops from fourth, and comes out ahead of Piastri - who was held up by Albon. That's worked out nicely for Mercedes.
Lap 24/71
Hamilton comes out behind Albon, who's going long into this race on hards.

Verstappen is 1.9s behind Bearman, with Antonelli 1.3s behind him.
Hamilton - 10-second penalty
