Q2 is under way!
Sainz gets us rolling, with Leclerc the only other driver to join immediately.
Perez isn't happy either, having felt he was impeded by Hamilton. It has to be said it didn't look like the Briton had anywhere to go, even though he was in the way. A difficult decision for the stewards.
Either way, Perez had to burn an extra set of softs.
"I don't know what's going on. The car was a disaster since the start of the weekend." Ocon is not happy.
A frantic end to Q1 as Perez tops the times, but Ricciardo, Ocon, Bottas and Zhou all fall, while Williams couldn't get Sargeant's car out on track after his FP3 crash.
Perez is in danger but only momentarily - he goes fastest if all with a 1m11.006s.
Those at the end had to burn a new set of softs - they will pay the price later in the session.
Alonso slots into sixth as Leclerc goes second, only for Russell to go fastest with a 1m11.049s.
The Spaniard is only half a tenth up on Bottas through sector one. But he stretches his legs in sector two as Albon goes fourth.
Across the line and Sainz goes fastest overall with a stunning final sector.
Zhou can't improve but Bottas and Magnussen improve to show the evolution.
The Finn's leap to 15th pushes Sainz into 16th.
He is on used tyres and he is wrestling the Red Bull before abandoning through T11/12.
Verstappen is going for another lap. He may have a 1m11.3s under his belt, but only six-tenths slower is the predicted cut-off point - that's before track evolution is taken into account.
Stroll has just gone fourth for Aston Martin as everyone queues up in the pits for their final runs.
Hamilton is under investigation for allegedly impeding Perez in sector two.
The Mexican is only 11th for now, behind Russell in the other Mercedes who just bemoaned his grip over team radio.
That's now 15th for Sainz as others improve, including Hulkenberg for Haas who goes into the top 10.
Ricciardo, Tsunoda, Bottas and Zhou join Sargeant in the bottom five with just over five minutes to go.
Sainz has improved but only to 13th as Gasly jumps to fifth.
The Ferrari did not look enjoyable to drive.
Albon's second lap is good enough for fifth fastest but Verstappen is about to challenge Hamilton.
Third for the Dutchman, 0.018s behind the Mercedes. This will be close all the way through!
Verstappen is the last of the 19 expected to hit the track to leave the pits with just over 10 minutes to go. Sargeant remains in the garage.
But it's only 0.002s faster than Norris, who did some rallycrossing in sector two as his McLaren fought for grip.
Plenty of time to come for the Miami GP winner if he can dial the car in.
Hamilton goes fastest now. This track will continue to ramp up, but that's two-tenths up on Piastri for the Mercedes driver.
Piastri posts a 1m11.541s to go fastest, from Stroll and Albon.
Perez goes behind Leclerc into fifth, with Magnussen and Alonso next. Sainz will have to improve but neither Ferrari looks stunning on the first run.
Plenty of times being set now as the first of the big-hitters completes a lap.
Sainz goes only eighth - overhang from his FP2 troubles? Leclerc hoes fourth, slower than Albon's Williams.
Zhou completes his lap and goes only third as team-mate Bottas goes fastest.
All of a sudden almost everyone is out on the soft tyres, with Hulkenberg faced with a moving chicane on the run to Turn 6.
He sets the benchmark of a 1m13.062s.
There is no immediate rush to get onto the racetrack but the first to blink is Hulkenberg, followed by the two Saubers.
Q1 is go!
The wind has picked up decisively, however, with a tailwind into Turn 1. Expect mistakes when we get under way.
No rain is expected for the start of qualifying but, if the radar is to be believed, Q3 could be very interesting...
While Red Bull was seemingly on the decline in the latter part of the first half of the season, it's worth remembering Verstappen would have been on pole by a country mile if not for a grid penalty in Belgium.
Can he replicate that form in front of his home crowd?
The track should be dry for qualifying, which is good news for the drivers after a number of off-track excursions in the wet this morning before Sargeant's crash.
But traffic will be an issue, no matter the conditions, with Zandvoort the second shortest lap on the calendar after Monaco.
It looked as though the American would be out of qualifying but Williams is defiant.
A statement released a short time ago read: "We are assessing the chassis but it currently looks OK.
"We will aim to repair and build up the chassis to be ready for Qualifying, however with the amount of work to be completed it will be difficult, but we’ll give it everything."
It is wide open ahead of qualifying after a wet final practice that was hit by a 44-minute interruption for barrier repairs after Sargeant hit the barriers for Williams. Gasly ended fastest.
