*taps microphone* Are we on? Yep? Perfect...hello, ladies and gents, and thanks for joining our Autosport Live feed ahead of the British Grand Prix at Silverstone!
In just over half an hour, the lights will go out and we'll be away for the first of two F1 races in the UK. We're excited, naturally.
Back in the old, olden times, Silverstone used to be home to the Thomas A Becket Chapel, before it then became an airfield ahead of World War 2. It's a venue that's gone from prayer to air.
Now, here's interesting news - Hulkenberg's crew has packed up off the grid and retreated to the pits, so this could be a pitlane start.
From the telecommunications device of Luke Smith, here's Racing Point's crew making said retreat.

From the telecommunications device of Luke Smith, here's Racing Point's crew making said retreat.

That's a pitlane start confirmed for Hulkenberg, then.
Hulkenberg's out of the car at the moment, as there's been problems firing up his Racing Point RP20 - so it's been a difficult return.
It's a Hamilton/Bottas front row, which I think you'll all agree is somewhat unexpected, with Verstappen and Leclerc occupying row 2.
Contact, contact in the pitlane! Lawrence Stroll and Sebastian Vettel touch elbows, but the two escape without either driver put out of joint.
A more cohesive stand from F1 and drivers on the ongoing fight against racism and inequality.
The NHS support fly-by now takes effect, although one might cynically suggest a better show of support would be actual funding...
Anyway, back to the small matter of a grand prix. Hulkenberg's still stranded in the pits, so his return might be put on ice if there's not a Verstappen-esque miracle.
Hulkenberg's out before it begins. Power unit problems for the returnee.
While we wait for the race to get cracking, let's address some tweets complaining about Mercedes dominance. Ultimately, it's up to the other teams to do a better job, and that's not happening.
There's going to be tons of cracking battles in the field - if it's for the win or for P12, it doesn't matter. Just enjoy F1 for what it is, rather than what it isn't.
A few penalties after qualifying, then. Kvyat gets a grid drop having taken an extra gearbox before this round and starts P19, while Russell was bumped down to P20 after failing to slow for yellows in quali.
Less-than-five minute klaxon! Or is that fewer than five? Grammar pedants, have at it.
So, plenty of variation on tyres. Norris, Sainz, Ricciardo, Ocon and Vettel begin on softs. Everyone else on mediums.
"I don't know about you guys, but it feels a bit more relaxing this time" Verstappen deadpans, having had a more stressful time of it in Hungary...
Hulkenberg's made it to the pitlane - alas, he's not in the car sadly.
Anyway, the formation lap's coming to an end and the drivers assume grid slots.
The British Grand Prix is go! Hamilton holds the outside line from Bottas to keep hold of the lead, as Verstappen hangs onto third from Leclerc!
Further back Stroll gets a poor getaway and drops to P8 behind Ricciardo and Sainz, with the McLaren driver up to P5 at the start.
Albon and Magnussen clash at the final corner of the first lap and that puts the Haas driver out of the race.
Magnussen, on the outside of Albon, gets clattered at the apex of the corner and it sends the Danish driver into the gravel, with his Haas car losing the front left wheel.
A safety car appearance is a frequent feature of a British Grand Prix, and this is no exception. Hulkenberg and Magnussen out already, then.
A start replay, then - Leclerc briefly got ahead of Verstappen for third, but the Dutchman managed to keep the right line and snatched the place back with the switchback into Loop.
Albon is able to continue in 12th place as his Red Bull team assess his car damage from the pitwall.
“I don’t know where he expected me to go to be honest,” is Albon's assessment of his clash with Magnussen over his team radio
As they clear Magnussen's car, let's do a quick order. Top 10 is: 1. Hamilton, 2. Bottas, 3. Verstappen, 4. Leclerc, 5. Sainz, 6. Ricciardo, 7. Norris, 8. Stroll, 9. Ocon, 10. Vettel.
Bottom 10: 11. Gasly, 12. Albon, 13. Giovinazzi, 14. Kvyat, 15. Grosjean, 16. Raikkonen, 17. Russell, 18. Latifi, DNF: Magnussen, DNS: Hulkenberg
Nobody has taken a massive strategy gamble by pitting during this early safety car period, with all drivers expected to stick to a one-stop strategy.
And we're back at full pelt! Hamilton's bolted, with Bottas and Verstappen having been dropped too.
Sainz is having a good crack at future team-mate Leclerc, but he's got Ricciardo for company too.
Stroll defending hard from Ocon to keep hold of eighth place. The French driver is all over the back of the Racing Point but he defends boldly.
