Hamilton's car has made it back to the pits now. Not sure when we will see that again today.
Mazepin does an out lap, returns to the pits and goes for a practice start. Practice makes perfect!

Session is back underway.
Hamilton's car is being transported back to the paddock. We should be back up and running again soon.
It's been a strange start to pre-season for Mercedes! Not often you see Hamilton have a spin like that.
Hamilton's car is covered up and is being plucked from the gravel trap. Mercedes mechanics are doing their best to make sure nobody can see the W12's secrets.

Red flag
First red flag of the session with Lewis Hamilton's Mercedes beached in the gravel.
Hamilton has a spin at Turn 13 and he is stuck in the gravel.
Hamilton is back out on track.
Latifi has managed to bring his Williams back to the pits. Front right is down to the canvas.
Stopwatch
Ricciardo goes fastest for McLaren with a 1m32.215s. The Australian is 0.124s faster than Alonso's previous benchmark.
Latifi has had another moment at Turn 7. He spins but gets going again. Tyres destroyed though. Huge flat spot on the front right.
Latifi has run wide at Turn 6. He gets out of shape and runs off road. No harm done though.
Only the Williams driven by Latifi out on track at the moment. He's done 31 laps today and sits seventh currently.
Two hours in the books two hours of the morning session remain. Alonso is on top for Alpine with a 1m32.399s. Been a strong day for the French squad so far.
Off track
Perez, too, has a wide moment at turn 11 - getting caught out a little bit under braking.
Off track
Big slide for Sainz, got a snap at Turn 4 and then ran out of grip at Turn 6. He was looking a little skittish there, to say the least.
Perez is always pretty alive at the wheel, but never more than the tyre slip angle allows. He goes P5, with a 1m33.248s.
Perez back on the road for Red Bull, as we spent too long staring at Tsunoda's onboard camera earlier. The AlphaTauri looks very driver-friendly to handle.
Why has Vettel only done six laps? He's getting a new gearbox, so slightly more Mercedes 'box issues today.
Stopwatch
Alonso back on top, logging a 1m32.339s. He sets the best second and third sectors to surpass Ricciardo at the top.
Tsunoda's been setting some personal best laps, on C3 tyres. He's still P7, however.
Stopwatch
Ricciardo goes fastest with a 1m32.598s there, beating Alonso by just under two tenths.
Lap count so far:
Latifi - 29
Hamilton - 26
Alonso - 22
Mazepin - 21
Tsunoda - 20
Ricciardo - 19
Perez - 18
Sainz - 15
Giovinazzi - 14
Vettel - 6
Hamilton gets back into P4, on the C2 tyre. This seems to be a much better day so far for Mercedes.
Breaking news
Drivers being misinterpreted? Never...here's Sainz on being quoted as wanting to win a title in five years' time: https://www.autosport.com/f1/news/sainz-clarifies-misinterpreted-comments-over/5708467/
You can do a lot with that Ferrari green bit...
Latifi now has the most laps again, with 23 tours of the Bahrain circuit.
Ricciardo got within a tenth of Latifi that time around, on the unmarked C3.
Williams is running more of its new-for-'21 aero parts today, having done its running with Nissany yesterday with an older-spec front wing.
Latifi goes fourth quickest with a 1m33.498s, a good lap on the C2s.
