Hamilton's recovery charge continues. Having got ahead of Grosjean and Gasly, he's now cleared Alonso for 11th and is just one place away from the points.
Vettel's lead is five seconds now, and we're only on lap five of the race...
"I think it's OK," says Perez, when asked if he has any damage.
"My brake-by-wire went off," says Verstappen. "It's back now - is it ok?" He's told everything is good for now.
Easy work for Hamilton, who slips past Magnussen at Brooklands for 10th.
Ricciardo thinks Raikkonen went off track to complete his pass at Copse on lap one.
10-second penalty for Raikkonen for causing a collision with Hamilton at the start.
Apart from Vettel (in the grand scheme of things), the Renaults were the big winners on that first lap. Hulkenberg is best of the rest ahead of Leclerc and Ocon in sixth, while Sainz is up to ninth - just ahead of Hamilton - from 16th.
Raikkonen can serve that penalty at his pitstop, so he won't pay as big a price as if he had to serve it in the next three laps like it used to be 'back in the day', as he will build a gap to most of the field behind him.
Hamilton is ahead of Sainz now and among the leading midfield runners.
Raikkonen is asking about his front wing, as he's still not sure if he has damage that is hurting his performance.
1 Vettel, 2 Bottas, 3 Verstappen, 4 Raikkonen, 5 Ricciardo, 6 Hulkenberg.
Race control is investigating an incident between the two Haas cars at Turn 3 at the start.
That last lap included the fastest final sector of the race so far for Hamilton.
While we had all that excitement over Raikkonen's penalty, he's also fallen out of DRS range of Verstappen. Even with a car advantage, you can't hang out in someone's dirty air for very long without losing performance.
Carbon copy for Hamilton on lap 10, as he gets past Leclerc approach Stowe. He's now seventh, and within DRS range of Hulkenberg.
Vettel leads Bottas by six seconds, while Verstappen is 11.1s off the lead. All calm at the front at the moment, with Hamilton providing the excitement for the crowd further down the order.
Easy again for Hamilton, who makes another move at Stowe for sixth on Hulkenberg. As catastrophic as his start was, he's made a fine job of racing back up to sixth. What can he do from here?
So Hamilton has passed the Class B cars, and is now sixth - also known as last in Class A. He's 27 seconds behind race leader Vettel, and 12.7s behind Ricciardo in fifth. Lap 12/52, let's see how quickly he can catch the Red Bull.
Ferrari will be very happy with how this race is going for Vettel. He was told he was aiming for a 4s lead over Bottas and he's done 50% better than that. Things are going less well for Raikkonen, who wanted to make an early stop but had to postpone that plan because of the 10s penalty and the need to clear the traffic in his window caused by the time to be added to the stop.
Raikkonen wants to be "aggressive" in his battle with the Red Bulls, and Ferrari tells him he has to think about his penalty. There's some anger on the other end of the radio from the Finn, who signs off with "I'm not allowed to think anymore".
Raikkonen pits, serving his 10-second penalty before taking mediums.
Raikkonen comes back out in 11th on mediums, but quickly passes Magnussen at the end of the Wellington straight for 10th.
Verstappen complains of "some rear instability" at the Brooklands/Luffield section of the lap, and Red Bull says it's related to a change of wind direction.
Hamilton is told: "Other cars look to be struggling, you're doing a great job".
Lap 15/52: 1 Vettel, 2 Bottas, 3 Verstappen, 4 Ricciardo, 5 Hamilton, 6 Hulkenberg.
Raikkonen does a fastest time of all in the first sector, and has passed Sainz for ninth in the process.
New fastest lap of the race from Raikkonen, who sets a 1m32.270s on his new mediums.
Bottas is chipping away a little at Vettel's lead now, bringing it down to 5.6s. It was over six seconds a few laps ago, although Vettel has enough of a buffer to play with strategy-wise at the moment. Bottas is not yet in range where he could become a threat during the pitstops.
Raikkonen is now all over the back of Ocon, and clears the Force India into Brooklands.
