Vettel puts in his first time but he's still on full wets and is 5.2s off Leclerc's pace in third.
Leclerc bangs in a 1m17.285s on his intermediates and is now fastest by 4.864s.

Inters pioneer Hamilton just did an installation lap then pitted.
Gasly briefly moved ahead of Norris for third but they now swap back.
Norris improves his time but stays third, with Gasly becoming the fourth person to set a time behind him.
Hamilton does appear now - and he's gone straight to intermediates.
Leclerc stays out and improves to 1m21.259s, 0.890s clear of Sainz.
Leclerc goes for a flying lap and beats Sainz by 0.178s to go quickest with a 1m21.971s.
Despite the conditions getting a little better, Leclerc is sticking with full wets for now.
The Racing Points are now out and have the track to themselves. The only drivers not to run at all so far are the two Red Bulls and Hamilton.
McLaren suggests Sainz comes into the pits as it's seeing "drop-outs" on the rear wing.
"Let us know how far from inters you think it is," Mercedes asks Bottas. "I think it's pretty close," he replies, encouragingly.
To put Sainz's time in perspective, that's 14 seconds off the pace from this session last year when the track wasn't a lake.
Carlos Sainz Jr is first to set a time as he does a 1m23.689s.
Everyone has now been out to suss conditions except the Racing Points, Red Bulls and Lewis Hamilton.
And now a relative flood of cars - including the first sight of a Mercedes today as Valtteri Bottas gets going.
Conditions now look very slightly better. Romain Grosjean becomes the fifth driver to do a tentative lap.

Kimi Raikkonen follows his team-mate's example and also sets out to explore the track.
As expected, the Ferraris did one lap then pitted. Vettel came straight back out, via an odd pause in the pit exit.
Sebastian Vettel has bravely popped out to test conditions. Good effort. Ferrari team-mate Charles Leclerc is following him.

The session has officially begun, but unsurprisingly no sign of cars moving yet.
The FIA computer says the risk of rain is 100%, which is backed up by the sight of the circuit being absolutely saturated with water.
