And Magnussen is in now after a fairly long stint. The track is silent for a matter of moments, though, as Hulkenberg heads back out in the Renault.
Norris is straight back to the pits after that lap. Efficient.
That helps the McLaren driver to go fastest of all, with a new benchmark of 1m17.838s on the mid-range C3 tyre.
New personal best of 22.011s in the first sector for Norris on this lap, and his second sector is the fastest of all!
Action down below us now as Gasly comes in. Red Bull practices a pitstop before taking the car back into the garage.
But the Renault driver is seven tenths down on his best in the final sector, so doesn't improve.
Norris gets up to eighth with a 1m18.748s. He's on the C2 tyre on this run.
He's a full six tenths slower in the final sector, though, so misses out on an improvement.
Gasly might be on for another improvement here. His first sector time is only a fraction slower than his best, while he sets a new personal best in the second sector.
Norris finds a bit more speed in the McLaren, setting a 1m19.177s.
It's C3s for the Red Bull driver, who shoots to the top of the times thanks to a new overall fastest time in the final sector. A new benchmark of 1m17.911s.
Russell gets his first timed lap of the day on the board, setting a 1m20.342s with his first effort on C4s. That puts him at the bottom of the pile for now.
Hamilton has headed back to the garage after that run. We made it an eight-lap stint on the C2s.
Magnussen sets a new personal best second sector now, and improves to a 1m18.834s on the C3.
Hamilton heads into the pits, but drives straight past the Mercedes garage and up to the pit exit to practice a start.

Hulkenberg is in after that run, but Giovinazzi heads back out in the Alfa.
Stroll, on the C2 tyre, sets his best sector one and two times so far today.
Leclerc sets a new personal best in sector one on his latest lap, but falls short of bettering his time by a tenth and a half come the end of the lap.
Leclerc jumps up to second now with a 1m18.344s effort on the C3 tyre, but is bumped back down by Hulkenberg - whose 1m18.229s effort on the C4s leaves him a tenth and a bit shy of Hamilton.
The McLaren's first lap is a 1m19.534s on the unmarked Pirelli compound.
Norris finally looks set to record a first timed effort of the day.
Hamilton isn't threatening his current fastest time of all on this run, but is lapping in the 1m19/20s. It'll be interesting to see how long this stint lasts.
Magnussen heads back to the pits for Haas, but Hulkenberg and Norris have since joined Hamilton out on track.
Ferrari has offered an update on Vettel's crash yesterday afternoon, which it says was caused by a rim issue. It reckons the rim was damaged "a few seconds before by an impact with a foreign object".
Gasly appears to be back in the rhythm of one hot lap, one cool down lap. But his latest 'hot' lap is a 1m19.618s.
