Perhaps Vettel is demonstrating the fuel he's burnt off, because his first proper lap is a 1m21.77s, which is comfortably quicker than most of his last stint.
Magnussen completes his 119th lap and ends another long run by coming into the pits.
We reckon Russell is on the C1 and Vettel looks to have taken on the C4.
Ferrari has done a tyre change and sent Vettel back out, but we're at the wrong end of the pitlane to see which compound was fitted.
Gasly is also returning to the track, while Vettel brings his long-running stint to a close.
Russell is back out on track and is just four laps away from 100 for the day.

Vettel's laps are now consistently in the 1m25s range, slightly up on his earlier times.
Stroll's first lap is a 1m20.276s on the C3s, around 1.5s off his previous best set on the same compound.
Vettel's recent lap times tally with Ben's analysis, he's been lapping between 1m22s to 1m24s, usually at the lower end of that scale.

I’m guessing that Vettel is on a high fuel load because the Ferrari looks a little lazy turning in. What impresses is the compliance of the car - it gobbles up the exit kerb almost as if it isn’t there. The Alfa looks fast but a touch stiff. It turns in very well but looks a bit nervous over the bumps.
The Haas is somewhere between the two extremes - more compliant than the Alfa, but not as seamless as the Ferrari.

Stroll is about to return to the track again on C3s, while Giovinazzi laps in the high 1m19s, low 1m20s.

Media centre views. This time, a poorly-framed shot of the Red Bull at the end of Gasly's most recent stint.
Giovinazzi's C2 pace begins with a 1m19.76s effort, just over a second slower than his best.
Magnussen is on the C4s and uses them to good effect to improve to 1m18.769s, good enough for sixth still.
Just Magnussen, Giovinazzi and Vettel on track now.

Russell didn’t look particularly comfortable in the Williams on that last run. His speed through Turns 7/8 was very conservative - as though he didn’t trust what the car would do so was factoring in a large margin for error.
And right on cue, Gasly's stint ends with his total at 100 laps.

I bumped into Christian Horner in the paddock. He was in a hurry so it was just a brief hello, but he looked very relaxed. "All good so far" was his verdict when I asked how things were going.
Vettel's on the C4 for his latest stint.
Gasly's now past the 100 lap marker for the day and continues to circulate.
Russell's pace didn't look too impressive on the C5, especially compared to his longer C3 run, and he's returned to the pits.

You would almost think its the Spanish Grand Prix from this picture
Vettel is back out to add to his 32 laps of the day.
He's also edging towards 100 laps for the day.
Gasly's on a stint of what we reckon to be around 22 laps now, his pace is in the 1m22s, and is a good showing on the C3.
Albon's gone from lapping in the 1m23s to the 1m24s as he contiues this stint. He's up to 81 laps for the day having run just nine by the middle of the morning.
Good lap recovery from Toro Rosso.

Fairly quiet track again, it's now Gasly, Russell on the C5 tyre, Albon and Ricciardo circulating.
Stroll ends his C3 stint as well.
Stroll ends his C3 stint as well.
Stroll's early laps are within 0.5-1s slower than his best time, his latest lap a 1m19.843s.

Not spooked by his earlier moment, Ricciardo piles in on the next lap with no fear, hits his apex and rattles the exit kerb for good measure. Of the Honda powered cars, as you’d expect the Red Bull just looks to have the bit more grip all round. Gasly can commit more entry speed and trust the rear will stick when he picks up the throttle. Albon looks less certain of what’s underneath him - but he has less experience and there is a tyre-life offset there to consider too.

Ben Anderson is watching trackside this afternoon, and says:
Not a lot to choose between the Renault and the Haas from my vantage point on the outside of the fast esses of Turns 7/8. The Renault generally looks a little more planted, though Magnussen is on older tyres.
That said, Ricciardo just caught a HUGE moment through the left-hander as he missed the apex fractionally and ran too wide.
I thought he was going to spin but he somehow saved it.

Albon's still ticking through the 1m23s lap time on his long run, while Stroll and Russell now rejoin the track.
Information
Mercedes is changing the engine for Bottas after an oil pressure problem.
The team says it has made the decision in order to "continue today's programme and also to pursue our analysis of the problem".

Good final sector from Ricciardo, but not enough to improve again. It's a 1m20.693s that time around.
Ricciardo has improved now, the time's 1m20.619s from his last benchmark of 1m20.785s.
Still 11th overall, but his time is beginning to drop gradually on those C2s.

Magnussen is consistently lapping within a half second now, in the high 1m21s range.
