Testing, testing. Good morning, and welcome to live coverage of the second F1 test at Barcelona.
The much-feared media centre queue for internet access threatened to delay our start, but we've beaten the rush and are counting down the minutes until the second week kicks off at 9am local time.
It's a brisk but sunny morning here at Barcelona - coats were definitely the best set-up option on the way into the circuit. Current air temperature is 6 degrees C.
Green light at the end of the pitlane - test two is underway.
Hulkenberg and Norris head straight down to the end of the pitlane and are swiftly followed by Giovinazzi and Russell.
Albon heads out too for Toro Rosso - looks like he's gone out initially on the softest C5 tyres. Gasly takes to the track on C3s for the senior Red Bull team.
That's six cars we've had out on track, and six who have made it safely back to the pits. Good start.
Albon has headed straight back out though, and is followed by Racing Point driver Stroll.
Hamilton and Magnussen head out now for Mercedes and Haas respectively, so it's just the Ferrari of Leclerc we're yet to see on-track.
Stroll breaks the mould by avoiding a return to the pits and heading straight onto a second lap.
Stroll, unsurprisingly, strings together two fastest sector times before diving into the pitlane. Boo...
Instead, it's Hamilton who puts the first timed lap on the board. It's a 1m26.795s for the Mercedes driver.
Leclerc has also taken the Ferrari out onto the circuit. Our video guru Luke Hinsull suggests he could be on the development tyre.
As hinted at just now, we’ll see something a little unusual from Ferrari this week. Not on the car, but in the car. Leclerc and Vettel are sharing driving duties every day.

“So what?” That’d be a fair question. It’s not unusual in a broader sense, as several teams do it. But traditionally Ferrari gives its driver full days in the car during pre-season testing. One day last year stands as the only exception since the V6 turbo-hybrid era began in 2014.

However, the team has opted to split the running of Vettel and Leclerc for the second four-day test in Spain this week. Leclerc has kicked off today’s running, and will hand over to Vettel for the afternoon. They will alternate who starts each day for the rest of the test. Click the story a couple of posts below to see the line-up in full.
Hamilton gets down to a 1m23.502s on his next lap. We're a bit bleary eyed so it's even trickier than usual to tell, but it looks as though he's on the C4 tyre for the time being.
Hamilton can't make it a hat-trick of fastest laps - his third effort is about six tenths slower than his best. New fastest first and second sectors for the Mercedes man this time, though...
What a tease. Hamilton cruises out of the final corner and across the line without improving. He's got the track to himself at the moment.
Hamilton has definitely backed off now, which has helped us to identify he is on the C5 tyre, not the C4 as we indicated earlier.
Bit of blistering spotted on the tyres as Hamilton returns to his box. It's all quiet out there now for the first time since the start of the session.
Hulkenberg breaks the silence by heading out in the Renault, and is swiftly followed by Giovinazzi and Gasly.
All three of them head round for a flying lap, and all three are on C3 tyres.
Gasly's straight down to business with the fastest first sector of all in the Red Bull.
Leclerc and Stroll have also headed out, as Gasly sets a new benchmark in the second sector too.
Gasly's first effort is a 1m19.973s - comfortably fastest of all so far. Giovinazzi slots into third, one second behind Hamilton and a further second clear of Hulkenberg.
Leclerc has headed round for a flying lap too, but Stroll brings the Racing Point back to the pits.
Hulkenberg goes up to second on a 1m22.456s, as Leclerc - on the C3 tyres as well - slots into third with his first timed lap of the day.
Gasly did a massive cool down lap, but is going for it again now and sets two more fastest sector times.
But Gasly's also in the mood to tease us, and follows Giovinazzi back to the pits.
Leclerc, incidentally, has popped up into second on a 1m21.227s.
The Ferrari driver improves again on his net lap to a 1m20.830s, which brings him within a second of Gasly's early benchmark.
Leclerc brings that five-lap stint on C3s to an end, leaving only Hulkenberg out on track.
