Russell has been out once more and returned to the track in the Williams, while Stroll - who has a set of C2s on - is back out and fastest of all in the first sector.

How is your Tuesday morning going? Pierre Gasly's is going pretty well - he's set Red Bull's fastest lap of pre-season testing so far. (Motorsport Images)
And he improves another position to fifth - we forgot to give you that info on his last lap - with his next lap, a 1m20.764s.
Hamilton does move up the leaderboard this time by, with a new best of 1m20.855s.
Gasly pits at the end of that stint. After that glory lap at the start of the run, he settled into a more consistent rhythm of 1m22-3s laps.
Information
Here is how the lap count leaderboard looks at the moment, with an hour and a half of the morning gone:
Hamilton - 26
Hulkenberg - 25
Magnussen - 24
Gasly - 24
Giovinazzi - 20
Norris - 18
Stroll - 12
Russell - 11
Albon - 7
Leclerc - 6
Hamilton - 26
Hulkenberg - 25
Magnussen - 24
Gasly - 24
Giovinazzi - 20
Norris - 18
Stroll - 12
Russell - 11
Albon - 7
Leclerc - 6
Hamilton sets a new personal best of 1m20.943s, but it doesn't elevate him above seventh.
We haven't heard too much from Toro Rosso this morning - Albon has only completed seven laps so far today. He's been spotted by our team of journalists with his family, so it doesn't look like he's in any rush to get out there.
Apart from Leclerc, Albon is the only driver still with a single-digit lap count to his name.

Hamilton is back out on a set of C2s, which Hulkenberg also has fitted to his Renault.
Hulkenberg takes the Renault for another spin, as Giovinazzi vaults the Alfa Romeo up to third on a 1m19.391s.
Russell is back in the pits after adding a couple of laps to his morning tally. Gasly, Magnussen, Norris and Giovinazzi remain on track for now.
Magnussen is back out on track in the Haas and sets a new best of 1m19.716s.
Russell is back on cruise duty on this run on C4 tyres, although his latest lap is a new personal best. That's not saying much, though, as its a 1m45.447s.
Gasly rolls through the pits at the end of a cool-down lap before attempting a practice start.
Stopwatch
And it's a new session-best time come the end of that lap for Gasly - a 1m18.647s. That's already the fastest lap Red Bull has managed in testing so far.
But it is a new overall best in sector two for Gasly...
New personal best - but not session best - for Gasly at the start of this run. Russell has headed back out in the Williams.
Stroll also pits, after failing to unseat Gasly from the top of the leaderboard on that dev-tyre run.
It's straight back in for Hamilton, though, as Gasly takes the Red Bull out on a set of new, shiny C3 tyres.
Hamilton is back out, too, and has a session-high 23 laps to his name so far this morning.
Giovinazzi goes for an in-out strategy, stopping at the end of the pitlane for another practice start.
Hamilton and Russell return to the pits now.
Norris has bettered his time to a 1m22.306s but stays ninth for now - ahead only of Russell, who's still lapping in the 1m40-1m50s bracket on the short runs he's managed so far.

Last week, the unmarked tyres were a development tyre Pirelli wanted to evaluate as the possible base for its 2020 compound.
However, this week the unmarked tyres are the more traditional validation test of rubber produced in Pirelli’s back-up factory.
Pirelli’s tyres are usually produced at its Romanian facility but it has another factory in Turkey.
This week, teams running unmarked tyres will simply be helping Pirelli validate that the compounds perform exactly the same. All unmarked tyres are the C3 compound.

Stroll can't quite better Gasly's effort - a 1m19.139s puts him second for the time being.
Norris completes the set - that's all 10 cars with laps on the board with just over an hour of the session gone. His first effort is a 1m22.485s.
Stroll sets a new fastest first sector time of 22.294s on those unmarked tyres.
Giovinazzi sets a new best of 1m23.090s but stays seventh for now, while Stroll's first lap - which appears to be on unmarked tyres - is a 1m32.992s.

Plenty more activity now. Stroll, Norris and Russell have headed out.
Hulkenberg sets new personal bests of 1m21.106s then 1m20.886s, but stays fourth for the time being. The thinner white-banding on his tyres should indicate he's on the C1 tyre, but we're new to this.
But Giovinazzi spoils that, attempting a practice start at the end of pitlane before taking to the circuit as Hulkenberg crosses the start/finish line.
Hulkenberg makes it an all-H affair for now by joining Hamilton on-track.
Russell comes straight back in on the next lap and returns to the Williams garage, and is replaced on-track by Hamilton - who has a set of the C3 tyres on.

Indeed, Russell cruises past the start/finish line and clocks a 1m49.849s. Plenty of work for Williams still to do as it makes up for the time it lost at the start of last week.
It's not a vintage first or second sector from the Williams, though, even if the timing screen is green.
Russell has a set of C5 tyres bolted on for this run.
