Kubica safely navigates the final section of track this time and jumps up to fourth ahead of Grosjean with a 1m21.213s.
Pirelli tells us the teams have two sets per team of the Zandvoort tyres, which are in C2 compound.
Looks like the Alfa Romeo test driver just gassed it a little bit too early and the car said 'nope'. That's one thing that we can expect will correlate well to the simulator... Sainz had to jump out the way of that one.
Spin for Kubica exiting the chicane at the end of the lap. He's got it going again, though.
Vettel, Hamilton, Kubica and Sainz are all on track right now. Hamilton is still running the Zandvoort rubber.

Vettel improves on Hamilton's best effort by 0.008s to take over top spot as hour two of the morning session begins.
Williams's new front wing features little splits in the wingtips. Within the regulations, you're only allowed a maximum of five distinct elements, and adding a split breaks one enclosed area into two. To make it legal, the wing flaps further up are shortened to accommodate that.

Creating the splits means that the tip vortex - the rotation of airflow created as it tries to move from the high pressure zone on top to the low pressure zone below - produced by the wing can be managed slightly differently. This vortex is used to send energised airflow behind the tyres to push the turbulence away. Red Bull and Mercedes experimented with split ends last year, and Racing Point has also added similar for 2020.
Vettel was on a good lap on the C2s, but missed out in the last sector by just over a tenth and stays second. Hamilton still fastest and still out on the experimental Zandvoort tyres.
Red Bull has so far only done one lap this morning. Track is still green and temperatures aren't quite optimal yet, so expect Albon to head out for a decent bit of running as the second hour progresses.
Ricciardo puts Renault onto the board with a 1m19.836s on C3 tyres.
Williams is about to fit a new front wing design to Latifi's car.
If you notice a lap time on our leaderboard without a tyre, that denotes the driver is on the experimental Zandvoort rubber.
Hamilton, Grosjean, Latifi, Sainz are all on track with 3hrs12m of the morning session left.
Hamilton shoots to the top of the timesheets with a 1m18.292s.
Hamilton is out on track on the Zandvoort tyres now and is on a flier.
Grosjean is on C3s and sets a steady first laptime of 1m29.571s. He sits third of the three drivers of have so far set times.
Vettel runs to the end of pitlane to do a practice start. Much like another red Italian machine in motorsport currently, that looked like a sharp launch.
Sainz returns to pitlane, leaving the circuit to Vettel and Stroll to play on.
Vettel goes quicker with a 1m18.775s. We thought he was on C1s, but it appears he is on the Zandvoort front tyres in C2 compound.
Sainz heads back out with the aero rake fitted to the front section of his McLaren.
And immediately he heads up to the top of the pile with a 1m19.146s on the C1s.
Vettel is the only driver other than Hamilton to have set a lap thus far. A 1m21.859s.
Vettel heads out on C1 tyres. Latifi continues to come in and out of pitlane in the Williams.
Ricciardo takes the Renault out for a spin for the first time today. He's on C4s, which suggests he's going to go for a bit of a push.
Williams is fitting a new nose section to Latifi's car, which heads back out again with the aero rakes still fitted to the car. So clearly some back-to-back comparisons going on this morning down at Williams while conditions are still a bit cold to really push the car.
And as I say that, Latifi is back on circuit with some aero rakes on his car. Kubica and Stroll only others on track at the moment.
Latifi comes back into pitlane after an initial lap on circuit. Williams spent the first two hours of each day of last week's test doing a lap and then heading back to the box. Appears, at present anyway, to be the plan for the time being for Williams again.
Kubica is on track in the Alfa Romeo, which appears to be kitted out with some scaffolding.
And now Latifi is the lone warrior right now, as Hamilton and Grosjean return to their respective garages.
Hamilton runs through pitlane and heads back out, and he has a pal this time in the form of Grosjean!
