Kubica has also taken to the track again for the first time in quite some while.
No additional fast offerings from Hamilton, so the only representative laps going in now are long runs.
That's just 0.067s shy of what team-mate Bottas managed in the morning session.
Hulkenberg wasn't able to improve, but Hamilton rockets up to third with a 1m16.628s.
Hamilton also sets a personal best through the first sector. This one is within a tenth of Vettel's benchmark.
New personal best for Hulkenberg in the opening sector of his latest hot lap.
Hulkenberg's next fast lap is a 1m18.234s. Everyone else is on long runs, although Hamilton has just headed back out on another set of C4s.
Hulkenberg records personal best speeds through the first two sectors, but not times. His lap ends up 0.178s shy of his personal best.
Just an hour and a half of testing remains. Time for an update on lap counts.

Vettel - 110
Sainz - 110

The gearbox problem and the Gasly crash made for a miserable end to a very encouraging two weeks for Red Bull and Honda, but the two parties have generally been positive about the start of their new relationship.

This feature by Scott Mitchell, which you can read as an existing subscriber or with our new FREE 30-day trial on Autosport Plus, explains how their plans are really shaping up ahead of the new season.

Just Kvyat - who's now done the most laps of anyone (114) - Raikkonen and Magnussen out on track now.
Just two timed laps for Hamilton, who comes back into the pits and stops next time by.
Perez, who's up to 102 laps, has been wheeled back into the Racing Point garage.
Hamilton goes a full 10 seconds faster on his next run, posting a 1m17.360s.
Another 100-up, this time - as predicted - it's for Perez. That will be a massive relief for the Mexican, who admitted on Wednesday Racing Point had been "really limited" on testing mileage.
Hamilton heads back out on another set of the softer C4 tyres.
If you're wondering what caused Vettel's stoppage: it was an electrical issue. If you're wondering if he'll get back on track: he will not.

Ferrari says the problem would "take too much time to repair, so this is it for today".

That means Ferrari's pre-season testing programme has come to a premature end.
Raikkonen comes in, presumably to celebrate becoming a centurion for the day.
Raikkonen goes onto his 100th lap of the afternoon in the Alfa Romeo.
Sainz and Hukenberg head in now, so we've got four cars out on track (Kvyat, Raikkonen, Magnussen and Perez).

Kvyat has also gone beyond the 100-lap threshold, by the way. he's up to 103 laps for the afternoon. Raikkonen and Perez (!) look likely to be the next drivers to achieve that.
Kvyat comes in for a pitstop, and is sent back out on C3s. Hamilton also comes in, bringing an end to that short stint.
More improvements for Hamilton coming... nope! He set personal bests in the first and second sectors, but his final sector is three tenths down on his best so he remains sixth for now.
