Into the pits comes Vettel.

Hamilton's out on track after Bottas racked up the miles this morning
Ricciardo pits after 17 laps, on the C2 tyre.
Handy tip: the higher the number of the tyre, the softer the compound.

Gary Anderson and Edd Straw have headed out on track, or at least beside it, to give us some great feedback on the 2019 cars.

Williams will be doing the normal checks after than installation laps. I’m sure there’s a few things they need to poke around in and check, including the many data sensors. It’s rare that there’s not some things that need sorting when you first run.
Raikkonen is worth keeping an eye on here, as he's the first person to do what looks like a long-run on the rarely-used C1 tyre, the hardest in Pirelli's range.
Sainz pits again.
Gary Anderson
Interesting to see Vettel spending a few laps behind the Toro Rosso. A sensible move as there’s a chance to learn something about what it’s like with these new rules in the wake of another car [it's supposed to be easier to follow the car in front in dirty air].
Information
Lots of drivers in the 1m25s as they conduct race runs.

C1: Raikkonen
C2: Ricciardo, Kvyat

Sainz pits again. He went straight out last time, but he's stayed in this time.
Verstappen has also pitted.

The Honda really does sound less distinctive than it did. It’s fairly difficult to tell the engines apart, the Mercedes is slightly different but not much.

Vettel is slipstreaming Kvyat down the straight, that should give him a boost.

Sainz did an install lap and then came into the pits. He was on the C3 tyre.

Ricciardo's taken over the Renault for the afternoon and has a rear wing that's able to use DRS.
Ricciardo suffered a rear wing failure yesterday and Hulkenberg was not using DRS this morning.

There's no one on track under a 1m22.897s at the minute, so there's no significant update to the leaderboard.
Perez has headed back out on track.
And he does, but it's still not enough to move off the bottom of the order.
Gary Anderson
Again today, from trackside all of the cars are looking decent. There are small things here and there, but none of them look like they have any particular problems. Verstappen looking very consistent in the Red Bull, which seems to do what the driver wants.
Ricciardo is set to improve on the C2s.
Kvyat has pitted and then re-emerged. He's on the C2.
There's blue aero paint on the front of Ricciardo's Renault. It doesn't really suit the black and yellow colour scheme, though.
Kvyat is on the C2 tyre.
Ricciardo has just set a personal best, a 1m20.989s which keeps him...last.
Kvyat has just headed out to join the track.

And here is Russell returning to the pits after his installation lap
We have a lot of cars on track that are on difficult to identify Pirellis. Please bring back last year's system instead of this very unclear and difficult one.

It lives!

Hamilton's first lap is a 1m22.584s.
Perez also joins the track.
