Hard to see beyond Hamilton vs Rosberg for pole, but can Perez do something stunning and beat Vettel/Williams/Ricciardo to row two?
Good stuff from Sainz to make it into Q3 on what has not been a sparkling weekend for Toro Rosso.
Replays show Hulkenberg snatched his front-right brake on the run into La Source on his flying lap. That'll explain why he's failed to make the cut for Q3.
Although Grosjean is into Q3, he is going to have a five-place grid drop after the session due to a gearbox change.
Out in Q2:

11 Hulkenberg
12 Kvyat
13 Ericsson
14 Raikkonen (no time)
15 Verstappen (no time)
Into Q3:

1 Rosberg
2 Hamilton
3 Vettel
4 Perez
5 Massa
6 Maldonado
7 Grosjean
8 Ricciardo
9 Bottas
10 Sainz
The chequered flag is out, Hulkenberg can't respond - he's out of Q3 despite Force India's pace all weekend.
Sainz inches up to 10th, so Hulkenberg is now 11th, with Kvyat and Ericsson also under threat.
Good stuff from Maldonado, he goes fourth for Lotus, then falls to fifth as Vettel takes third.
With a 10-place grid penalty looming for Verstappen the team has opted to not run again and conserve tyres.
Ricciardo sets the fastest middle sector of anyone so far on his lap, and goes up to fourth between Massa and Bottas.
Kvyat is only seventh with his attempt, 1.3s off the pace. He does have time for another lap if the tyres will do it.
With only seven cars managing laptimes prior to the stoppage, this will be a one-shot affair for most drivers.
The Mercedes are sitting tight in the pits, but other than the sidelined Raikkonen and Verstappen everyone else is running.
With Raikkonen out and Verstappen seemingly the same after his power worry in Q1, only three further drivers face missing the cut.
The clock is ticking again, but given the length of the lap no one can make two runs so they're sitting tight for now.
Max Verstappen takes a trek down the pitlane. That might be the last we see of the Dutch racer today. He still has to take a penalty.
Order under the red:

1 Rosberg
2 Hamilton
3 Perez
4 Hulkenberg
5 Massa
6 Bottas
7 Ericsson

No times for anyone else yet. The clock is stopped with 8m24s to go.
"Something broke," Raikkonen tells the team. Short, sharp, and very much to the point.
Replays show the Ferrari grind to a halt after Turn 14 with a loss of power.
Red flag. One of the Ferraris has stopped on track. It's Raikkonen.
Force India continues to shine - Hulkenberg goes third ahead of the Williams pair by four tenths.
Hamilton goes quickest on a 1m48.024s, 1.6s clear of the Williams, but then Rosberg beats him by 0.069s.
First flying lap from Bottas is a 1m49.678s. Rosberg is currently the quicker Mercedes on their laps.
Hamilton is informed of a Mercedes telemetry glitch.

"Lewis we don't have telemetry at the moment," he's told over team radio.
Hamilton and Massa are the other early runners. No messing about with mediums this time, it'll be softs all round.
The green light is on for Q2, with Bottas first out.
"That's the best lap I've done in a long time," says Button. He's 17th, half a second clear of McLaren team-mate Alonso.
But Mercedes had to dig deep and run again to make sure of that result, as its drivers were getting pushed alarmingly down the order.
So Mercedes tops Q1 with a one-two despite everyone else running softs while Hamilton and Rosberg stuck with mediums.
Into Q2:

1 Hamilton
2 Rosberg
3 Perez
4 Bottas
5 Sainz
6 Vettel
7 Raikkonen
8 Grosjean
9 Kvyat
10 Hulkenberg
11 Ericsson
12 Maldonado
13 Ricciardo
14 Massa
15 Verstappen
