Lap 15: Alonso is now up to third place on the road, now clocked 8.7 seconds behind new leader Hamilton.
Lap 15: Vettel has dropped into the 1m20s bracket as well, but his lead is still over seven seconds.
Lap 15: Bottas rejoins from his first stop in 13th position, on medium tyres.
Lap 15: Hamilton is told to push now, with 3-4 laps at his current low 1m20s pace.
Lap 14: Rosberg just gets out ahead of Webber and battle is resumed.
Lap 13: Super-soft rubber at Mercedes and this will be tight with the early-stopping Webber...
Lap 13: Rosberg is in this time for new tyres.
Lap 13: The field spread is already giving options to the strategists, with Webber feeding back in fifth place on the road.
Lap 13: Perez pits the McLaren and takes on the medium compound tyre. He rejoins down the field in 15th.
Lap 12: Webber is down and away on medium compound.
Lap 12: Webber heads in for his first stop, as does Vergne.
Lap 12: Vettel continues to check out up front, now 7.5 seconds clear of Hamilton and Rosberg.
Lap 12: Ricciardo, Hulkenberg and Maldonado all come into the pits.
Lap 12: Massa tries down the outside into the Casino Hairpin but that doesn't work and Hulkenberg almost sneaks through and takes advantage.
Lap 11: Webber, who is 1.2 seconds behind Rosberg, is lapping slower than the Mercedes pair at the moment with Alonso right on his case.
Lap 11: Ricciardo is struggling badly now and Massa is all over him like a rash. This is a battle for ninth spot.
Lap 11: Alonso is fifth on the road and 13.2 seconds off the lead, chased by Vergne and Bottas.
Lap 11: Raikkonen gets out of the sandwich and into clean air, ahead of Ricciardo with a good move. He takes over eighth spot.
Lap 11: Alonso is on the move at the moment, now right on the gearbox of Webber's Red Bull.
Lap 11: Ricciardo is now the train driver in eighth spot, with Raikkonen, Massa, Hulkenberg, Perez and Button - yes, they are together - behind him.
Lap 10: But the latest laptime for Vettel is normal, so he does seem to have kept the Red Bull intact after that graze of the wall.
Lap 10: Down the field, Massa has a real go at Raikkonen over the line but the Finn rebuffs him and holds onto 10th spot.
Lap 10: Not all going smoothly for Vettel though as he is picked up clouting the wall exiting Turn 3. He won't get away with that too many times.
Lap 10: Sutil pits from 13th spot and has dropped down the field to 20th position.
Lap 9: Vettel's lead is now 5.1 seconds over Hamilton, who is at least consistently lapping around half a second slower than the Red Bull.
Lap 9: Bottas in seventh has now found a level and is pulling away from Ricciardo. Raikkonen and Massa blast past Hulkenberg.
Lap 8: Di Resta has recently had an issue with his DRS not working properly. It seems to have fixed itself and is operational again.
Lap 8: So Perez drops to 12th with Sutil 13th, Button 14th, Maldonado 15th and di Resta in 16th spot.
Lap 8: Webber is 1.4 seconds behind Rosberg and still not fining a way past the slippery Mercedes on DRS.
Lap 7: Behind Ricciardo, we have Raikkonen in ninth, Hulkenberg 10th and Massa up to 11th place as he passes Perez at Turn 1.
Lap 7: That's a sizable field spread already and Vettel's challengers will surely be hoping for some safety car intervention.
Lap 7: So Bottas continues to drive the train but now he is seventh as Vergne scampers off into the distance. Ricciardo is eighth.
Lap 6: Up front, Vettel's lead is now a sizable 4.3 seconds over Hamilton, Rosberg and Webber. Alonso is now 10 seconds off the lead in fifth.
Lap 6: But drama behind them as Sutil spins at Turn 3 and causes problems. He recovers in 13th place.
Lap 6: Vergne goes again and makes a good move stick round the outside of Bottas into Turn 1. The Toro Rosso driver takes sixth.
Lap 5: Replays from Bottas's helmet camera show a remarkable view of the young Finn being mugged by Rosberg and Webber into Turn 1.
Lap 5: Vergne in seventh was alongside Bottas at the start-finish line, but unable to make the move and the Finn held on.
Lap 4: Behind Hulkenberg in 11th, Perez is right there in 12th with Massa 13th, Maldonado 14th, Button 15th, di Resta 16th and van der Garde 17th.
Lap 4: Vettel pulls over three seconds clear of Hamilton now as the Mercedes pair seemingly attempt to keep some life in the rubber.
Lap 3: DRS doesn't do much for Webber that time, with Alonso 2.3 seconds further back after that early work clearing Bottas.
