Ferrari's Mercedes-inspired upgrades
Ferrari's quest to compete with Mercedes has led it to learning technical lessons from its Formula 1 rival. CRAIG SCARBOROUGH explains in his latest video, and also takes a look at the B-spec Force India
Ferrari endured a tough British Grand Prix weekend, where it lacked dry-weather pace and only managed to salvage a podium finish thanks to an inspired strategy call from Sebastian Vettel when the rain hit.
The fact Williams beat Ferrari to best of the rest in qualifying led some to question if the Scuderia is falling off the pace in the development war, but team principal Maurizio Arrivabene scotched such suggestions, backing Ferrari's upgrades policy.
Arrivabene didn't take well to questions about Ferrari having a "significant" number of updates on its car last weekend, but as CRAIG SCARBOROUGH points out, there were some key changes - inspired by rival Mercedes - on the SF15-T at Silverstone:
