Grosjean on pole for Auto GP debut
Former grand prix driver and current World GT1 championship leader Romain Grosjean will start his Auto GP debut from pole tomorrow
Grosjean has been drafted in by the DAMS team for this weekend's Spa event. Fastest in both practice sessions at the Belgian track, he carried that form through to qualifying and claimed pole despite the circuit starting off dirty from support race incidents and the session being interrupted by a red flag for Stefano Bizzarri crashing at Pouhon.
Half a second slower than Grosjean, Luca Filippi completed the front row for Euronova.
Super Nova team-mates Jonny Reid and Giorgio Pantano took third and fifth, split by Charouz-Gravity's Jan Charouz.
