Estoril DTM test: Nico Muller ends week quickest for Audi
Nico Muller topped the timesheets at Estoril, as Audi ended the DTM's first official 2015 pre-season test with three cars in the top four
Muller, 19th in his rookie campaign last year, led the morning running with a time of 1m32.443s - the fastest of the three-day test - and it was not bettered during the afternoon session, in which the Swiss driver was fourth fastest.
Also with times set in the morning, Timo Scheider was his closest challenger, 0.143 seconds behind, while Miguel Molina completed the trio of RS5s in the top four.
Mercedes veteran Gary Paffett turned his first laps of 2015 and ensured it wasn't an Audi 1-2-3, setting the third fastest time.
Taking over from rookie Lucas Auer, who was fastest on day two for DTM newcomer ART, Paffett topped the afternoon session with a lap set in the final half hour, although the time of 1m32.676s was slower than his morning best.
Antonio Felix da Costa was second to the 2005 champion in the afternoon, improving on his morning time marginally, to end the day fifth overall.
The other three BMWs of Maxime Martin, Tom Blomqvist and Timo Glock finished at the bottom of the times, although Martin was the busiest driver of the day, logging 154 laps.
Oschersleben will host the final pre-season test on April 14-16, before Hockenheim's season opener on the first weekend of May.
