Indy 500: Carlos Munoz leads all-Andretti top four on day two

Indianapolis 500 rookie Carlos Munoz led an Andretti Autosport 1-2-3-4 on the second day of practice on Sunday

Munoz claimed the top spot with a 223.023mph lap to put himself just ahead of Ryan Hunter-Reay's 222.825mph effort, with EJ Viso and Marco Andretti just behind.

Penske's AJ Allmendinger was best of the non-Andrettis, while the fastest Honda-powered driver was Ganassi's Charlie Kimball in seventh.

Twenty-three drivers posted times during the course of the day, including Ryan Briscoe, who ran his first laps as a Ganassi driver since parting with the team in 2005. The Australian drove his back-up car to 13th-fastest.

Also making his first appearance of the year was Michel Jourdain Jr, who finished up with the 21st-best time in the third Rahal Letterman entry.

His team-mates James Jakes and Graham Rahal were just behind him, with both drivers running just a handful of laps in their spare cars.
