Sebastien Ogier says Sebastien Loeb's WRC return is no distraction

Sebastien Ogier insists Sebastien Loeb's World Rally return in Argentina will not distract him from his 2013 championship bid

The pair have already met twice this year. Loeb had the upper hand in the season-opening Monte Carlo Rally, but could do little to prevent Ogier clinching a first win for Volkswagen's new team in Sweden.

Ogier and Loeb famously fell out when they shared the Citroen team in 2011, with Ogier's position becoming untenable with the French firm, forcing his move to Volkswagen.

2011 recap: Loeb and Ogier at war

Ogier said Loeb's return in Argentina would not change his own approach to the weekend.

"I am looking forward to the duel with Sebastien Loeb," Ogier said.

"We had a great battle in Sweden, and it will be anything but easy again here.

"However, my main focus is on my rivals in the world championship.

"After the three victories, we obviously want to continue where we left off and, ideally, defend our lead in the championship until the end of the season. For now, however, we would be happy with another podium in Argentina."

At present, Ogier holds a 54-point lead over nearest rival Mikko Hirvonen after four of the season's 13 rounds.

Loeb is only five points further back in third despite missing two rallies.
