DTM - Lausitzring: The title fight is almost certainly over now! Ekstrom's front-left wasn't properly fitted as he swapped to options, and his race is over. Eighth is more than enough for Wittmann at the moment.

Most drivers on options now. Mortara has had to switch to hards, as he started on the option and has to therefore respect the 'dry tyre' regulations.
MotoGP - Misano: That means Rossi leads Lorenzo by 2.0s with 19 laps to go.

Wow.
FR3.5 - Hungaroring: RESTART: Merhi is on leader Nato's tail as the safety car pulls in. He attacks on the outside into Turn 1 but locks up, and it's the same story into Turn 2 as P3 Rowland closes up. Nato is hanging on, defending hard.
DTM - Lausitzring: With Mortara back in 19th, Wittmann is at the point where he could park it and still become DTM Champion. It's all but over.
MotoGP - Mugello: Marquez has had the odd spill in practice and qualifying, but that's the first time he's crashed in a race since Mugello last year.
FR3.5 - Hungaroring: As Nato edges away from Merhi (who has Rowland for company), Sainz and Gasly are the first to pit.
DTM - Lausitzring: At the front, Vietoris has wittled the gap down to 5.9s during the stops. Still a way to go before Wehrlein will be too concerned, though.

Meanwhile, Jamie Green has had his third spin of the day, turning Tomczyk around in the process. The Brit is now serving a drive-through for his efforts.
DTM - Lausitzring: "You are controlling the race. No worries. No worries," is the message from the pitwall to Wehrlein.
ELMS - Paul Ricard: Ragues continues to lead the race in the #43 Newblood Morgan-Judd, but that's mostly down to the team not changing driver during their first stop. Chatin is 24.993s away in second, with Simon Dolan 29.471s off the lead in third in the #38 Jota entry.
FR3.5 - Hungaroring: Merhi is getting into his stride now, closing on Nato as Rowland pits from third.

Rowland gets out just ahead of Sainz and Gasly, and Sainz has a wobble into Turn 1, allowing the Frenchman through.
MotoGP - Misano: Yamaha is currently on course for its first 1-2 since the 2010 Portuguese Grand Prix at Estoril.

It was Lorenzo leading Rossi that day but Rossi remains on top now as we approach half-distance. The Italian is 2.4s up.
FR3.5 - Hungaroring: Merhi pits from under Nato's rear wing, and rejoins just ahead of the Rowland/Gasly/Sainz scrap. If Nato responds this lap, we could have a five-car train for the effective lead of the race.
MotoGP - Misano: Behind Rossi and Lorenzo, there's a comfortable gap to Pedrosa, who isn't far ahead of Dovizioso, Iannone and Pol Espargaro.

Smith has seventh place to himself, then it's Bautista versus Crutchlow for eighth and Hernandez fending off Aleix Espargaro for 10th.

Marquez remains 20th.
DTM - Lausitzring: Multi-lingual man Ekstrom interviewed on German TV talks about his bad start, having no pace, and then finishes with a very German "Naja", which roughly translates as 'oh well'. He essentially concedes the title fight is over.
FR3.5 - Hungaroring: Nato responds to Merhi's stop and exits the pits just ahead of the Spaniard. Merhi has dropped his pursuers, as Rowland is defending from Gasly and slowing the pair up.
FR3.5 - Hungaroring: Gasly passes Rowland at Turn 1 for what should be third once the rest of the field have made their stops.

The Red Bull junior got alongside Rowland very early on the pit straight, making the pass straightforward.

Merhi has closed right up to Nato in what will soon once again be the battle for the lead.
MotoGP - Misano: Marquez is still running in 20th and although his pace isn't as good as Rossi's, he is closing what was a huge gulf to the backmarkers.

With 11 laps to go, there's still a chance of a point or two. Not that he needs to be scrabbling for the odd point!
MotoGP - Misano: No change up front: Rossi is keeping himself a steady 2.5s clear of Lorenzo.

Pedrosa is falling away from the Yamahas in third and isn't able to shake off Dovizioso at all.

Ducati would love a home podium...
MotoGP - Misano: Provided nothing goes wrong over the next nine laps, this will be Rossi's first win at home since he triumphed at this track in 2009.

That's a long drought for home wins for a man who was unbeatable at Mugello from 2002-08.
FR3.5 - Hungaroring: Crucially, the late-stopping van Buuren has rejoined the race between Rowland and Sainz. That's a blow Sainz wouldn't have been expecting - plus he has Jaafar and Vaxiviere on his tail for what is probably going to be sixth once the last couple of cars stop.

Up front, his DAMS team-mate Nato is doing all he can to help, still keeping Merhi at bay.
ELMS - Paul Ricard: Change for the final podium position as Gonzalez takes third from Dolan down the Mistral Straight.
MotoGP - Misano: Sorry to cause extra jitters among Rossi fans, but when we said five laps to go a minute ago, we meant nine... Poor eyesight...

Now it's seven laps left and Rossi's lead is 2.7s.

Marquez is going to be up with Broc Parkes and Hector Barbera next time around. They may well think they're being lapped...
FR3.5 - Hungaroring: With all the stops completed, Nato leads Merhi. But Gasly in third is closing in.

It's a long way back to Rowland in fourth, while Sainz is sat behind fifth-placed van Buuren, hoping that Nato can do him a favour and prevent Merhi from taking another 25-point haul.

Seven mins +1 lap to go.
ELMS - Paul Ricard: And, having just taken third, Gonzalez pits. He remains in the #48 Murphy ORECA-Nissan.
MotoGP - Misano: Crutchlow just slewed over the runoff while battling with Bautista for eighth. That's dropped the Brit to 10th behind Aleix Espargaro.
FR3.5 - Hungaroring: Sainz doesn't have the pace at the moment. Rather than challenging van Buuren for fifth, he's doing all he can to prevent Vaxiviere costing him another place.

Nato leads Merhi by one second, with Gasly 2.5 behind the Spaniard and catching at 0.5s per lap.
MotoGP - Misano: Still pretty close for third between Pedrosa and Dovizioso, but Iannone, Pol Espargaro and Smith have spread out behind them. Now there are five laps left.

Crutchlow is charging back up behind Bautista and Aleix Espargaro to make it a three-way fight for eighth again.

Marquez is 18th and chasing after Michael Laverty.
ELMS - Paul Ricard: Ragues finally pits from the lead after what was an impressive stint. He hands the Newblood Morgan-Judd over to Garry Hirsch.
FR3.5 - Hungaroring: Gasly is getting closer to Merhi, who seems to be dropping back from leader Nato. Could the Red Bull junior be on course for a late pass for second two days in a row?
DTM - Lausitzring: It's lap 44 of 52 here in Lausitz, which means both the race and the title fight are nearly over. Wehrlein is well and truly in control of the race, and Wittmann, well, he may as well pit now and start enjoying the first of what will surely be many Bavarian wheat beers.
MotoGP - Misano: Doesn't look like points are on for Marquez. He'll get Laverty and potentially Leon Camier, but taking 15th from de Angelis looks like a step too far with just over three laps left.
ELMS - Paul Ricard: Hirsch rejoined the action behind Dolan, who currently leads by 4.572s in the #38 Jota Zytek-Nissan.
FR3.5 - Hungaroring: Just a couple of laps left here and the top three are starting to spread out, with Gasly's charge seemingly being halted in third as he hit the dirty air from Merhi's car.
MotoGP - Misano: Rossi is about to start his last lap, as Marquez's slightly battered Honda lines up Laverty for an unfamiliar 17th.
MotoGP - Misano: Rossi laps Parkes and Barbera as he begins his last lap.

The first win since Assen 2013, the first Yamaha 1-2 since Estoril 2010 and the first Rossi home win since Misano 2010 is moments away...
MotoGP - Misano: Valentino Rossi wins the 2014 San Marino Grand Prix!
ELMS - Paul Ricard: Wow. Didn't take long for Hirsch to return the Newblood car to the front of the field. He easily overtook Dolan at La Beausset thanks to running on newer tyres.
FR3.5 - Hungaroring: Nato holds on to take his second win of the season from Merhi, who carves more points out of Sainz's lead with second place - just 0.4s adrift of the winner at the line.

Gasly completes the podium, while Rowland only just holds off van Buuren for fourth. Sainz comes home a surprising sixth.
MotoGP - Misano: Lorenzo clinches second, Pedrosa is third, half a second ahead of Dovizioso.

Iannone equals his career best in fifth, ahead of Tech 3 pair Espargaro and Smith.
MotoGP - Misano: Aleix Espargaro crashes on the last lap while fighting with Bautista and Crutchlow.
