Antonio Felix da Costa fastest for Carlin as Barcelona GP3 test ends
Carlin's Antonio Felix da Costa led the way on day two of GP3 testing at Barcelona
Da Costa's time of 1m37.934s came in the morning session, with Daniel Abt going fastest for Lotus in the afternoon.
MW Arden duo Matias Laine and Mitch Evans - Monday's pacesetter - were da Costa's closest rivals in session one, followed by Auto GP champion Kevin Ceccon, who was fourth for Trident despite bringing out the red flags with a quick spin.
Ceccon was quickest of the newcomers, as series returnees Marlon Stockinger (Status) and Conor Daly (Lotus) completed the top six, with Jenzer's rookie duo Robert Visoiu and Patric Niederhauser next up.
In the afternoon, Jenzer's Maxim Zimin and Manor's Tio Ellinas were second and third behind Abt, followed by Tamas Pal Kiss for Atech CRS, Visoiu and da Costa.
Abt's session-topping performance in the afternoon made up for some mileage lost to an oil leak in the morning, when he was the cause of one of the red flags. Atech CRS' Ethan Ringel prompted stoppages in both sessions - spinning into the gravel in the morning and stopping on track later on, while Trident's Vicky Piria caused the final red flag of the day with a late spin.
Testing resumes at Silverstone next month.
