IndyCar announces panel to oversee New Hampshire result protest

IndyCar president of competition Brian Barnhart has revealed the identity of the panel called to hear the protests lodged by Newman/Haas and Ganassi against Ryan Hunter-Reay's victory in last week's controversial finish to the Indy 225 at New Hampshire
