Vettel happy in his role at Red Bull
Sebastian Vettel said that he is very happy at Red Bull and has dismissed speculation that he may be tempted to join Ferrari in the next few years
The world champion, speaking at the launch of Red Bull's new RB7, says he remains fully committed to the team and that his focus is very much on defending the drivers' and constructors' crowns they won in 2010.
"It is smart to not put too much weight in those things," he said when asked about the Ferrari rumours. "In the off-season there are no wheels turning unfortunately and obviously there are still pages to be filled with ink - something to be written or something to be said.
"So it is easy to see some things come up and they don't understand the whole idea, so that is the so-called off-season and I think I said many times I am very happy where I am."
Vettel added that he is very happy within Red Bull and was looking forward to opening up his 2011 campaign - adding that he isn't thinking far beyond that at this point.
"I feel very comfortable in the team, and obviously our focus is on the new car, on today's test and we have always gone step by step so we should not think ahead too much," he said. "I don't want to get too personal about it but if I was to ask you where you see yourself in five or 10 years, for every one of us it is a difficult question to answer..."
