Buzaid joins Carlin F3 attack
British Formula 3 race winner Adriano Buzaid will return to the series this season with leading squad Carlin
The 21 year-old Brazilian will join James Calado, Jean-Eric Vergne, Rupert Svendsen-Cook and Malaysian Formula BMW Europe graduate Jazeman Jaafar, in a five-car Dallara-Volkswagen line-up.
Buzaid won at Spa and finished sixth in the 2009 championship as a rookie with rival VW squad T-Sport.
Buzaid said: "I'm very pleased to be with Carlin this season, and very grateful that [team boss] Trevor [Carlin] waited for me.
"I have worked very hard over the winter to get this deal done so I'm pleased it all came together. I really want to make the most of this opportunity and show what I'm capable of."
Buzaid has raced with Carlin once before, in the British F3 National Class at Donington Park in 2008. He finished on the class podium on his F3 debut.
Carlin said: "He was very impressive last season and on occasions very hard to beat. Adriano completes a very strong team for us in 2010 with a great depth of talent."
