Bell back for Silverstone round
Martyn Bell will return to the British Touring Car Championship at Silverstone this weekend after recovering from the knee injury that has kept him out of the last two rounds
The Tech-Speed driver is aiming to back up the successes achieved by his team-mate Paul O'aNeill in recent rounds, and believes that points finishes are possible in his Honda Integra.
"I'm ecstatic to be back in the car and will do my best to score some good team points," said Bell. "I might be a little rusty at first after missing a few events, but I'm raring to go and hopefully I'll soon be back up to speed.
"My aim is to try and back Paul up as best I can and break into the top ten, which would be good for the team and also for myself on a personal level. The Integra should be strong at Silverstone, so hopefully we can have a good weekend."
Bell lies 19th in the championship, having scored a pair of 10th-place finishes at the season-opening round at Brands Hatch in April.
