Pedrosa quickest in Germany warm-up
Dani Pedrosa led a Repsol Honda one-two in this morning's damp warm-up session ahead of today's German MotoGP
The championship leader set a quickest lap of 1:28.157 just as the 20-minute session was coming to an end, pushing teammate Nicky Hayden to second by 1.4 seconds.
Rain hit the Sachsenring circuit during the night, and while the track was slowly drying during the warm-up, more rain is expected for this afternoon's race.
The rest of the top ten behind the two factory Hondas was completely filled by Yamahas and customer Hondas, with JiR Honda's Andrea Dovizioso in third and Tech 3 Yamaha's James Toseland in fourth.
Next up were the two Honda Gresinis of Shinya Nakano and Alex de Angelis, followed by Colin Edwards's Tech 3 and Randy de Puniet's LCR Honda.
The factory Fiat Yamahas of Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo complete the top ten, with pole position man Casey Stoner just behind them in 11th place with his Ducati Marlboro.
