Clos completes Prema's F3 roster
Front-running Formula Three Euro Series outfit Prema Powerteam have completed their 2008 line-up by re-signing Spaniard Dani Clos
The 19-year-old won the Italian Formula Renault Championship in 2006, before graduating to F3 last year. He will join fellow F3 returnees Renger van der Zande and Charlie Kimball at the team.
Clos is pleased to be returning to the Euro Series after an underwhelming debut season: "I'm very glad to have this opportunity. I am sure that this year I will have all the weapons to fight for the first positions."
Prema boss Angelo Rosin rates Clos highly after competing against him for the last two seasons.
He said: "I have admired Dani since we were rivals in Formula Renault.
"Unfortunately things didn't go his way last year but he is extremely talented and I'm relieved to have him as part of the team instead of as a rival again.
"He just has that look in his eye. He's willing to fight as hard as it takes to win and that killer instinct is what Prema wants."
